    No. Why would you want it anyway? Quagsire sucks at special attacking, and unboosted attacking...

    Nope, but quaggy can get it from the move tutor in crystal.

    I have used ice beam on Sire and it can work to surprise Mr. Eggy when he is trying to be cool and switch in on sire and Eggy is lik e"sup dude" and Sire is like "get out" and kills him.

    Yup.

    Also as Leon said it is move tutored

    Err, Quaggy uses beam then runs off havin significantly damaged Eggy - leaving Eggy majorly unable to do any nasty para/seed combo's

    Well, I don't know if 50% is significant to a defensively powerful pokemon with a semi-accurate sleep move and Leech Seed at its disposal...

    i must agree with sir chris on this one. yea, maybe you get in a shot that will take him down to 50% health, but keep in mind that his next move will most likely be sleep powder or whatever and there's a good chance that you will be put to sleep. i mean, if you want to use quaggy for icebeam, go ahead, but i think there are better applications for it.

    The point isn't to kill a fully health eggy, it is to save ice beam until the opponet feels it is safe to switch in a 30~ eggy into sire for seeding/sleeping or snythesis, then bam, dead eggy.

    and I like curse/surf/earthquake/rest myself.
