    Roar

    Weezing
    @Leftovers

    Sunny Day
    Flamethrower
    Crunch
    Solar Beam

    Dusclops

    Ice Beam
    Rest
    Calm Mind
    Will O' Wisp

Here's what i have so far: Manectric and Dusclops movesets finished, Skarmory is caught, Koffing was just bred for Will O' Wisp, and i'm working on getting Houndoom in colusseum.

Skarmory: Roar>Steel Wing. Drill Peck>Aerial Ace.

    Manectric: HP Ice>Roar

Weezing: Shadow Ball/Fire Blast>Explosion. Never blow up your Hazer.

Starmie: Fine. You could have Psychic over Thunderbolt or Ice Beam over Surf.

Houndoom: Fine. I would recommend HP Grass and Will-O-Wisp over Sunny Day and Solarbeam.

    Dusclops: Fine.

You need a physical sweeper. A special wall could eat your team up. You should at least list natures.

Just like natures, inborn types (ie: HP ice) are random to Pokemon, so you get HP Ice by sheer luck. And you can't change a Pokemon's nature. All you can do is breed your Pokemon until it has the right nature, and the right inborn type.

There are a few different ways. if you calculate the pokémon's IVs, you can deduce the Hidden Power type and base power from that, but it's unlikely that you'd want to do that unless you were doing heavy breeding anyway.
You can try using Hidden Power on a Kecleon. Kecleon have the Color Change special ability, which changes their type to match the types of attacks used on them. There's a nice little readout of that ("Foe KECLEON's type changed to FIRE!") So as soon as you use Hidden Power on a Kecleon, you'll know what type you have. ...unfortunately, there aren't any Kecleon in areas low-level enough to risk sending out a newly bred pokémon.
The last way to determine Hidden Power's type is just to experiment. If you use it on a wild Poochyena in Route 101 and it winds up super-effective, for example, you'll know you have either Bug or Fighting, and then using Hidden Power on a nearby Zigzagoon will quickly tell those two apart. Some time ago, I posted a chart for discovering your Hidden Power type without having to go any farther from Littleroot than Mr. Briney's seaside cottage...I'll dig for it now and post a link here when I find it.
    /added later/ Found it! It's right here.

That thread is for G/S/C not R/S, that's why you don't understand it. Download that Stat Chart I attached, it should help you a little more than the thread you look at.

Did you notice that I found the chart I was looking for and added the link to my earlier post? It won't help you find your IVs or EVs, but if all you want to know is your Hidden Power type, that chart will tell you with only three experiments needed, fewer if you're lucky.

since im too lazy to try to find HP ice and because i nearly left him out of my team (since he's one of my old guys on my team that worked really well), i'm switching Manectric out for the beloved Gengar, and Dusclops out for Clefable.
