Sableye has no weak, but its stats are crap. Banette is the only ghost that can make excellent use of shadow ball (well, so can gengar, but only if its SE), but its slow. Banette can also get will-o-wisp, which is a good thing. Banette it is.
It depends on what you want them for (which can be said about pretty much anything.) Banette makes a decent physical sweeper, but I've played a very successful Single-Fighter Challenge game with Sableye and wouldn't want to try it with Banette.

Well, basically, what do you want it for? Banette is better as a physical attacker, while Sableye is better in some of the specialist roles (i.e. as it learns Mean Look it can be a trapper). Banette looks to have better stats, but hit it with Ghost or Dark attacks and it crumbles very quickly.
Sableye's *immunity* to Psychic is probably its best feature over Banette. Compared to most other dark types (other than Umbreon and in some respects Murkrow) it is quite durable because it's immune to Fighting and neutral to Bug.
It also has access to a better range of physical attack types than Shuppet (Shuppet learns no Fighting, Flying, Rock or Ground moves, apart from possible Hidden Power). Focus Punch, Rock Tomb, Aerial Ace or Brick Break are all viable options for Sableye, though Dig is a bit marginal I admit. Shuppet is pretty much limited to Shadow Ball and Return unless it gets a very lucky Hidden Power.

I'd say Banette. Even though it has more weaknesses, it beats sableye in every area except defence and equals with special defence.
Banette is much more useful in my opinion and can actually put a dent in something.
I just want to know what their pros and cons are so i can pick one for my team. and pritty far very mixed opinions :/
Do you know what you want to use it for? Could you possibly post the rest of your team members, and what they do as a role, and then we could give you a more accurate answer.
If I had to give you a vote, I personally like Banette. You can use it as an anti-tank or w/a physical sweeper role effectively:
WoW<>Shadow Ball<>Return<>Imprison (physical sweeper)
WoW<>Toxic<>Rest<>Imprison (anti-tank weapon)
I think for most teams #1 is better, but my anti-tank set has proven it's worth many times for me in the past. Imprison on the first for Shadow Ball weakness. It would OHKO it otherwise.

Team(still under construction) i play with my fav. thats why team isnt that good.
Ninetales-sweep/annoy
Dusclops-tank
Swampert-mix sweep
Ariados-traper
Flygon-spc. sweep
Banette/sableye-??
Can anyone learn Baton Pass and Imprison?
I'd avoid either of them if you are already going with another Ghost type. There are much better physical attackers out there. What is the purpose of this team anyway? In-game, tornament, casual play or what?

Meh, if it's for fun just go with Banette (physical sweeper set) and you should be fine.

Bannete is the best Shadowballer.
Sableye is Sableye
Whats SE stand for?

Bannete because it's stats aren't horrible. Sableye has no type weaknesses, but it has crap stats. It's a shame, it has a nice movepool.
When ragging on Sableye for poor stats, don't forget that a good Baton Pass can take care of that. No weakness, good movepool plus an Amnesia and/or Iron Defense (or an Ancientpower/Silver Wind boost) could make it quite hard
to counter without Haze or a pseudohaze move.
