I have a question about the Early Bird trait that I haven't seen answered. It says that Early Bird means the Poke will wake up faster than normal from sleep, but does that still apply to moves like Rest? Sorry if I put this in the wrong place, but I'd appriciate an answer, if anyone know it.

Yep, it still works with Rest meaning the Pokemon will only sleep one turn when they use Rest. This is why Pokemon with Early Bird sometimes have Rest because they can make use of it in battles.
