Arena - A large rock with a ocean around it and if you fall you fall in water. doing damage the ref decides(unless your a water pokemonor such) but if you fall a gyser shoot you back on the feild the water below is surronded by rocks scattered about eveywhere which can be used and. gysers often shoot from the water.

Plucking red and white spheres, two flashes of light manifests a blue cloudy winged parrot and a minute orange farm fowl…

Joann I want you to lull Torchic to sleep by Singing to it. While he's vunerable, use a Take Down to drive him off the rock formation and into the sea, and then freeze him in place with an Ice Beam.

[As the flags are dropped the sky blue parrots floats over head and cranes her neck to twitter a peaceful lullaby in hope of putting the Torchic into a coma. In turn the affects seems to be working, as the fire chick was trying to analyze the technique. He belt a sour crowing in his drowsy state and both sonic attacks cancel each other out, but leaves Torchic lethargic and droopy.

A chance to strike is open causing Joann to sail waaayyyy up high, doing a perfect loop-de-loop and swoop like a missile to crash into the chick, with force enough to crack the stone structure and imbed him into it. Torchic coughs and chirps as he spits out ray of flames which catches Joann on her left wing as she tried to dodge.

Cotton feathers and flame does not mix well as the parrot fearfully bats her wing again the stone surface to put it out. This distraction gives Torchic a chance he needed to free himself and charges head on and leaps, extending his little clawed toes to slash Joann deeply across the beak. Joann reels back from the blow and in anger takes flight and rains down an Ice Beam, which tags Torchic in the chest and send him sliding dangerously close to the edge…

[color=CCCCCC][center]Our fiery chick wiggles about and regains his balance on the plateau, breathing a sigh of relief. He turns to his enemy and glares with anger at what could have been and flashes white to manifest a gang of 5 Torchic’s. Joann flutters a few feet from the ground and chirps pleasantly to releases a cluster of heat seeking energy stars. Torchic can no longer cloak himself as he and his “brothers” are ripped to shreds. He stands his ground through it.

A set up for future events begin as Torchic stares at the sky and warbles a chant to the God of the Sun. As his eyes glow with a flaming orange hue, an orb of pure solar energy comes forth in mid air, washing the arena in a considerable amount of heat. Joann winces from the brightness of the sphere as Torchic happily soak it in, the frost bite disappearing. This is the perfect opportunity for the Swablu to swoop at the fowl and dig her beak into his chest. She has coated it before hand with lethal venoms which burn as well as poisons.

The effect of the Toxic is instant, as the Torchic finds it harder and harder to gather a single breath. Never the less he takes a deep suction of air and charges a crimson fireball. Joann can tell something big is going to go down and with all her might rockets straight up, barely avoiding the crest of the sailing Kanji symbol. It continues on into the sky and dissipates as it looses momentum. Torchic is not amused….

[color=CCCCCC][center]An idea clicks in Torchic’s brain and he lets out loving croons in hope of persuading Joann to be his love bird. Being as high as she is, the calls of the heart are ignored as she shrills to the heavens to bring the coming storm. The rain falls with fury, which is bad news for both opponents as Torchic quivers and Joanns absorbent wings weigh her down.

Seeing as she slowly plummeting anyway, the Swablu surrounds her self is sky blue wind and travels at break neck speed. The flaming fowl sneezes from the down pour and begins to gather his life force to make a clone. Joann’s speed on the air currents is faster than the Substitute to be formed as he is plowed over in a rolling heap.

Joann lands doing her best to shake out the water from her puffy feathers and releases a blinding mist into the air. All is dark and foggy as the only thing which is heard above the rain is a soft snoring…somewhere is this stuff…

[color=CCCCCC][center]Well this round will be mildly amusing…Torchic is as of now…snoring softly in the mist, glow to represent the healing state he’s under. Joann rests her wings in the fog and proceeds to groom her plumage, regaining energy.

As this display continues the thick mist dissipates to reveal both foes are mere inches from each other. Joann squawks loudly in shock which in turn snaps Torchic out of his healing phase. They simply eye each other, wet, dripping, and waiting for commands…

[color=CCCCCC][center]Now with a slight yawn from a refreshing nap, Torchic prepares for battle by bearing down and straining with all his might. This spectacle causes the pint-size fowl to gather golf ball sized orbs of energy inward to him. This would not bode well for Joann so she abruptly breaks his concentration by mauling the Torchic’s face and chest with her claws and beak.

Torchic shakes off the foe, still having half of the focused energy he gathered and watched the soggy parrot. Joann lands away from her opponent only to charge again, her toes clicking loudly on the stone floor. She springs again, as high her soaked wings will let her, claws at the ready, but Torchic isn’t fooled twice by the same technique. He gathers an orange light between his beak and launches a weak fire ball which is dwindled greatly by the rain, but enough to stave off the blue pokemon.

Joann slaps her singed chest with her damp wings to cool down the hot spot, and with a angry glare she fires a lighting fast white ray, which is laced with a slight yellow hue. Torchic in turn fires a swirling column white hot fire, and both attacks collide to explode in a great display. The blast wave, generates enough force to throw both opponents over the edge of there cliff battle area. Torchic spirals and cries as he cracks his skull on a jagged rock and starts to sink while Joann franticly tries to regain flight, but her wings resist her will and land her into the drink as well. Is this the end for our competitors..? No wait! A bubbling on the waters surface is signaling the effects of falling from that platform. Two steaming Geyser columns toss the busied noggin of Torchic and water logged parrot that is Swablue back to rock to land in a heap...
