I've chosen Return because at maximum happiness it'll have the highest Base Power and get a good STAB.

IMHO Crush Claw gets the results. Normal attacks aren't super-effective against anything, so you normally need two or three hits. Dropping their defense helps a lot. But nothing wrong with any of those choices.

If you have access to move tutors, some other moves to consider are:

Body Slam, Double Edge and Mega Kick.
