Question : Can Emerald trade via Wireless Adaptor?

Hi, I've got a couple of questions beside this, any help would be appreciated ;

1. Since you trade via the Wireless Adaptor between FireRed & LeafGreen, can you also trade via Wireless Adaptor between LeafGreen & Emerald or between Ruby & LeafGreen etc. etc. or do you need a Game Link Cable?

2. Can you trade via Game Link Cable between FireRed & LeafGreen?

3. Can you trade between versions using a DS and a GB Advance? And for this would you need a Game Link Cable or a Wireless Adaptor?

Sorry if all these questions are bit obvious but I did try and find out for myself first and got lost. And then I bought a puppy!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. According to this page on Amazon.com, FireRed and LeafGreen were the first games to use the Wireless Adapter. Thus, I doubt you'd be able to use it on Ruby and Sapphire. However, you can trade between those games with a Game Link Cable. I'm not sure on Emerald, though, and since I should be studying right now, I won't do extensive research for the time being.

2. Since you can use it to trade between a "return to Kanto" game and Ruby/Sapphire, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it between two of the "return to Kanto" games. Not sure, but that's what I would suspect.

3. Unfortunately, as I've said in this topic, it doesn't look that way. The two systems just don’t seem to have the same types of ports. Sorry.

1. Pokemon Emerald can use the Wireless Adapter to trade back to Pokemon FR/LG however Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire need a Link Cable.

2. All the Pokemon Advanced Generation Games work with a Link Cable incase you lose your Wireless Adapter but it's cooler doing things wirelessly.

3. As said before I don't think linking the DS to a GBA can be done so it's best to stick to a GBA for GBA games really.
