Considering that the video's description actually says that the Pokemon were obtained via "gamescharkcheats," I doubt this has any validity for actual play. At best, it's a freak accident that occured due to an anomaly in how the sharked Pokemon's data was created. At worst, the video itself is fake.
Though it is a little funny, it's not that great for those of us who have been through Mewthree and other rumors.

I remember chasing Mewthree back in the day. And remember trying to catch all 150 without going on the boat so you could surf to the side, use strength on the truck and find Mew?
