anyways, Mizu, start off with a Icy Wind, then go for a Water Pulse, and finish with a Ice Beam.
However little Mizu, should our opponent decide to use Toxic, I want you to use Ice Ball, so it protects you from that nasty goo and you can still attack.

Pre Battle Set-up

On the edge on a barren concrete slab, I, the green clad one, stand at the eve of a battle I shall soon partake to referee. The combatants stand at on the brink, ready to get this match underway. The conditions, a 2 on 2 match, one out at a time. With that said, its time for some pokemon. The first trainer, Tsuki Megami, sends forth a pokeball, revealing her shiny male tadpole named Mizu, Poliwag. "POLI!"

The second trainer, Mike Mysterio, smirks at the poliwag, and decides to send forth his pokebal, revealing a shiny male Eevee named Jinn. "VEE!"

El Premier Round Commences!

Combatants and pokemon at the ready, the attacks are issued, and this round begins! Jinn opens up the round by calling forth the sun, shunning all clouds from the sky. The sun blares with intensifying heat as Mizo burst forth an icy gale....at least, somehwat icy, as the intense heat turns most of it to water, doing minimal damage to the eevee, and if anything giving him really cold, wet fur...

Bound to both take blows, Jinn collects all the ghastly energy he can muster, casting it off in spherous form, just as mizu jetisons a supersonic stream of water, powered down by the blazing sun....needless to say, both attacks collide, and both pokemon bite the concrete, Jinn perhaps a little less than Mizu.

Now, while on the topic of biting, we move on to Jinn's next attack, as he gets up and rushes forward, his shiny teeth glistening in the light, as he clamps down on Mizu's tail....Our poliwag friend jumps up and yelps in pain, trying his best to find his opponent so that he might attack him, and once Jinn finally does release him, he releases an icy beam, intent on freezing his opponent, but he would thaw anyway, as the Eevee takes the minimal hit, ready for the start of a new round, as this one closes...

Alright Jinn, start off by launching another Shadow Ball. Then run behind the Ball for protection until your close enough to use Body Slam. And finish off with Double Team.

My little Mizu, drown out that sun and use your dancing to help evade the shadow ball. Use Rain Dance, then when it comes in for a body slam, freeze it solid with a close range Ice Beam. Finally, if its frozen, thicken the ice with a Blizzard. If it isn’t, then use Surf; since it’s raining.

And we are off to yet another round,as Mizu calls the forces in the sky to bring the clouds and rai. His prayers are answered, as the bright sun is replaced by billowing thunderclouds and lots of rain. While looking uo however, he doesnt notice the eevee powering up, and gets hit with a ghastly ball right in the middle of his whirl.

The already uncomfortable and wet eevee charges with the itent to slam, but is met halfway by a frozen beam of ice. His wet body proves his downfall, as does the rain, as his body begins to freeze over....this isnt good.

Just to add insult to injury, the poliwag then fires a blast of frozen winds at the frozen eevee, injuring him more. Even though the eevee might try his ordered attack, it is to no avail as the round comes to a close.

However, let me tell you that if we do so, since niether pokemon is under 55% health, then nobody will receive any points for this match.
