Poll-What kind of car do you drive/have you driven?

Cars are one of those things in life that most of us will eventually need at some point so I figured how about a car related poll?

1-What kind of car is it?
2-Any neat or intresting facts about your car you wish to share?
3-What are some other cars you've driven?
4-Do you have any pictures you with to post?

My answers:
1-Currently I am driving a 1989 Ford Mustang convertable with 163K miles. It runs great for it's age but looks like crap at this moment and has a ton of minor problems such as:

• Torn roof (Ok so that's not minor ^_^;)
• Beat up leather seats
• Needs fresh paint (Still has the original paint but it's chipped/scratched in some areas
• Broken passenger door and rear quarter window
• Very minor oil leak

2-Most people think I've got a V6 or V8 under the hood being a Mustang but it was during the 80's that Ford put it out with a 4 cylinder engine. Because of that I get 25 MPG. Not great compared to most newer cars but pretty good comparedto many others that age. As for the white racing stripes I personally added those myself.
3-Among other cars I've driven for various reasons:

• 1990 Buick LeSabre (First car I owned. Currently sitting in a Kentucky junkyard after being t-boned by a garbage truck)
• 1999 Ford Explorer (First thing I learned to drive. This is the #1 reason why I hate trucks and SUV's)
• 2004 Honda Civic (OCB schoolmate's car in Ohio. I drove it when I was pinned in and we needed to run somewhere for school since he still didn't know the area around Cincy)
• 1993 Chevy Beretta (Former manager's car. Test drove it when I was looking for a car after wrecking my Buick)
• 2005 Chevy Cobalt (My new boss's car. Used for office errends)
• 1970 Chevy S10 pickup (My boss's other ride. Same reason as above)

Nice car.

1. I have a '98 Nissan Maxima that is a very strange purplish silver color. It doesn't look like much but it gets me where I need to go.

2. It has fake wood paneling that's peeling off. And the side mirror is shattered due to meeting the garage wall at an unfortunate time. I always know which one is mine though XD

3. My dad's 2004 white Ford truck and green Jeep (stick though, was going to be mine if I could learn stick) and my mom's 2003 Lincoln are the only cars I've driven that I know of (drove various driver's ed cars).

4. Nope, my car isn't exactly a Kodak moment

1. I drive a 2001 White Honda Passport. Had it for a couple years, and it runs very nicely.

2.As far as neat facts, when we got it, it came with these fuzzy cover over the seats thats still there....um....its really not that interesting, I bought it off a guy who was selling every single one of his vehicles so he could buy a truck, and it was in mint condition.

3. I mainly stick to SUV's.

~I've driven my aunt and uncle's 2005 Suburban.....that thing was huge, and having to drive it for the first time in the crowded houston streets wasnt too fun. Later on I had to go get something from the store myself, so they handed me the keys to it...and im like, great.....parking that thing was second only to backing out in that thing, near impossible...

~I've driven my aunt and uncles 1996 Ford Explorer.....they use it for deliveries and pick-ups with their business, and when Im down there with them, ill often work for them while my uncle is at his real job, so ill drive it and do everything. This was the first vehicle that ive driven down highways and freeways(not the kind in a regular town, i mean actual interstate...

~Driven my Grandpa's 1986 Buick.....nice looking old car....wasnt too fond of it cause im used to big vehicles, but i drove it nonetheless.

~My mom's 1990 Dodge Ram Van....had to move this once when my mom wasnt home, so it drove it up and down the street.....never again.

~ Also driven multiple golf carts....fun!

We used to have the same car in an off-white color when I was a little kid, then we got this one. And also, it has a large bite-like chunk out of the headrest on the passenger's seat that was there when we bought it O.o
3-What are some other cars you've driven?
My mom's van. It's a Chevy Astro or something, tan color..

1-What kind of car is it?
my mother's car.. It's a Lexus or a Harrier, whatever you want to call it.

2-Any neat or intresting facts about your car you wish to share?
It's big. and I feel tall(for once) while in it.

3-What are some other cars you've driven?
a tiny little car known as a Perodua Kancil. Made only in Malaysia. I don't think they've exported it. It's really tiny.. seriously. >.<

2005 Suzuki Swift Limited Edition. - ie. its got alloy wheels and a leather steering wheel and six airbags, though mine certainly looks like it has eight. Its automatic.

2-Any neat or intresting facts about your car you wish to share?

Its got three years service and doesnt use much petrol. Its been scratched several times as the roads here are quite crap. Oh and I drove into a pole. I was trying to park.

3-What are some other cars you've driven?

2005 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.7L engine. Its my partners car. Japanese import Nissan Cefiro (New Zealand is like the first or second biggest importer of used Japanese cars.), Nissan Pulsar. Holden Commodore (australian car). 2002 Suzuki Grand Vitara. and a few other cars. My partner likes suzuki, they're nice and cheap and you get good serving and warranty. Something that is lacking in NZ besides Korean cars. Which aren't very good.

~2nd owner...I speed...race...win most of the time...Hyundai has a nice 6yr/60K warranty...

~1993 Ford Taurus- blown head gasket...delivery car I owned, lol

I drive a 1999 Mercury Cougar. I love it to death.

2-Any neat or intresting facts about your car you wish to share?

This car is different than most. The previous owner put a street car body kit on it. Meaning it has the low riding front bumper, low riding side skirts, and the nice fat back bumper. It also has a nice looking spoiler on the back that I think looks like a fish tail. It also has a nice deep muffler. It sounds too good to be true, but it is all there. My husband and I got lucky when we bought it. Its a beautiful car.

The thing about it is this. Although it looks fast and looks like it can race, it can't. It's an automatic and is as slow as a turtle. I mean, it has a V6, so it can go when you need it to, but as far as racing it goes, it's a laughing matter. Anything could beat it.

This little cat is strictly a show car.

haha 1988 Buick Century. things got over 128K miles on it and she still purs like a kitten. i love my car, it take me everywhere i need to go and back

2.) Any neat or interesting facts about your car?

well, it does change its own oil... and by that i mean it leaks it so much that i really don't need to change it, just add it. i can't find out where the leak is comign from though, since its a new spot everytime i get an old one fixed. hmm, other than that i guess while its not a speed machine, it is faster then you would think. it accelorates a lot faster then my friends cars do lol

The car works perfectly well,its just have a con... i think the rearview visibilty isnt that great.

Lets see this car has some interesting facts

*The car was originally bought in Pittsburgh,but it was imported to Venezuela
*On 2005 it was hitted by a tree and completely destroyed chasis.It was successfully repaired without any visible flaw^^^
*Its the S version , so it has some bumpers,rins and some extra things
*Works like a charm
