I'll battle you if you dont mind =)
Arena: Underground cave, no stalactites... or stalagmites for that matter, but rocky debris can be found anywhere
I'll start with my male Tyrogue, Ezekiel...
Start with a Double Team, then Bulk Up, and finally, end with a Hi Jump Kick
Conspiracy
Alright Vamp, first use Earthquake to get around the clones. While he's Bulking up, Seicmic toss him, preferably into some pointy looking debris. finally, use Double team before he Hi Jump Kicks you.
Question: We're underground, so weather effects won't do anything, right?

I'll take this one on for you guys, seeing as some of my reffings just concluded.
Expect a reffing later on this evening.

Round 1:
frylock vs. c0n5p1r4cy
Pre-Battle Set-up:
In the deep darkness of a solemn cave, devoid of even the rock icicles that would give life to these barren walls, that is where we find two battlers, rearing for action. But not before the Green-clad referee steps in from the shadows. The match is set, a 2 on 2, with 1 out at a time. With that said, two pokeballs are thrown, each realeasing a tyrogue. From frylock, a male named Vamp. From conspiracy, a male tyrogue by the name of Ezekial. The trainers issue their orders, and this match has begun!

Double Team~Bulk Up~High Jump Kick
The First Round begins...
Now to begin what appears to be a very heated fight, with both fighting pokemon at the ready. Ezekial starts things off by concentrating his energy into producing several clones. Vamp replies by smashing his foot into the ground, producing a shockave that starts to rock the cave. This proves both a good and bad decision, as falling debris and the shaking clears out the clones and hits the true Ezekial, but the falling rocks turn out to be a little too much and even his Vamp himself.
This does not bode well for Ezekial, as he puffs out his chest and gets all haughty, raising several stats, only to be grabbed by Vamp, who proceeds to jump into the air and toss his opponent down to the ground, smacking onto some rather nasty rocks.
Ezekial gets up, not liking the outcome of this roun so far, and jumps into the air, only to watch in mid-air as Vamp splits up this time, and as he passes through the clone, he immediately smashes into the nearby wall, causing some damage as the round comes to a close.

vs.

Oh, and to answer your question, no, weather effects do NOT take place in a cave.

Alright, Vamp, I want you to use a Mach Punch. That should get you in for a nice Mega Kick, try to put some distance between you two. Finish it up with a Bulk Up of your own.
If he uses Double Team, Swift. Another Earthquake could cave us in.
Also, do you think we should ban counter?
AaaaaAaaah! The avenged Popefold
Use Swift first to take care of the leftover images and inflict some damage, then grab Vamp by the leg and throw him somewhere with a Seismic Toss. Finish the round with a Focus Punch... that should get him good.

uhhh....c0n5p1r4cy, I just got done looking at Tyrogue's move list, he can't learn Focus Punch.
AaaaaAaaah! The avenged Popefold
o0o lol I just assumed really =(
alright Toxic then =(
Conspiracy
Now see, I have to ask something before I can ref this now, and that is if Frylock accepts the change in attack, as it would generally happen that I would ref it and Tyrogue would just stand there dumbfounded....but at the moment, that is Frylock's call....technically he pointed it out to you conspiracy, so therefore he has the choice over whether or not you get to change the attack.
Not to be a mean ref, but a just one.

Round 2 begins...
Very displeased with the outcome of the previous round, Ezekial decides to end this tyrogue parts of 5, by sending forth an array of heat-seeking stars, which head towards the real Vamp, hitting him. Now that he is revealed, Vamp steps forth and with a sudden burst of agility, smacks Ezekial before he can even see it coming, ouch...
Now begins one of the more interesting movesets I've seen....while Vamp jumps, attemtping to perform a massive kick to Ezekial, while getting hit, Ezekail latches on, and jumps with Vamp in hand, tossing him down to the ground hard.
Getting up, Vamp decides to appear even more ferocious, and puffs out his chest once more, building his attack. Ezekail justs looks at him, and in a complete show of disrespect, spits in his face...but wait, its a purple goo...a Toxic! Seething in pain, Vamp can do nothing against the powerful toxin as the round comes to a close.

Round 3 at last sets off!
Ezekial starts off this third round by producing several clones of himself, identical in every aspect, trying to increase his evasiveness. Vamp is prepared for this however, and sends for a number of heat seeking stars, immediately revealing the true Ezekial by hitting him.
Ezekial, not happy, but not phased, puffs his chest and pumps his body, raising his attack, but is met with a rather large kick to the chest by Vamp, a hi jump kick, this one hitting it's mark.
Vamp proceeds to gather the same poisen that poisened him in his mouth, preparing to spew it out, but is met unexpectedly by a quick powerful punch by Ezekial....unfortunately for Ezekial, this causes him to release the toxins inside, drenching him, and poisening him greatly, as both pokemon feel the effects!
