You attack first.
DQ: 1 week but i'll be somewhat lenient.
Banned moves: Attract and rest.
Arena: How about: The roof of the Daily Planet. Lois and Clark (as played by Terri Hatcher and Dean Cain) are writing an article on the battle. Since this is a battle on the roof, ground moves will not work. Also if any of the pokemon's attacks hit either Lois or Clark, there will be a 2% health penalty. If a pokemon falls off of a roof, Clark will pull a disappearing act and superman (Also played by dean cain in the series) will rescue the pokemon that fell. However, the pokemon that fell will take a 10% health penalty.

I choose Abby my female Shinx and Delko my male mudkip.

All right guys, lets go!

Silver, you take the Mudkip. Start by using Rock Polish on yourself. Then hit Delko with Thunderbolt. Then charge, and sock him with an Iron Tail.

Oak, since Ground moves won't work, we'll have to improvise against that Shinx. Run at him and use Fake Out. Then use Nasty Plot on yourself. Then, get him with Extrasensory.

Delko, I want you to start by using swagger on oak. Then, I want you to use double team and finally finish with an ice beam to Oak. Abby, start with double team. Then, I want you to use Thunder Wave on Oak before finishing with usingh Thunder Wave on Silver.

Abby: Double Team ~ Thunder Wave (Oak) ~ Thunder Wave (Silver)

Alright so, first off Louie use a good Flash on them. Namely aim for Abby but if you can get Speed, all the better. Champ, turn away and if need be close your eyes until he is finished. Then use a Twister to get rid of Speed's clones, and maybe throw him off the roof as a bonus.

Then Louie use a Mirror Coat on Abby and finish with, ah heck you're low on HP anyway, a Hyperbeam. Champ, use two Dragon Pulse's on Abby and maybe we'll finish her off.

Louie: Flash/Mirror Coat(Abby)/Hyperbeam(Abby)

Champ: Twister(Speed)/Dragon Pulse x Two(Abby)
