It's an open challenge. Anyone is allowed, so long as they follow the rules.

Here are my rules:

Pokemon: Three, one out at a time.

DQ Time: One week

Banned Moves: Rest, Substitute, Destiny Bond, Perish Song, any direct status inflicters (Toxic and Thunder Wave are not allowed, Body Slam and Poison Jab are fine) any direct healers (Recover is not allowed, Giga Drain is fine.)

Arena: Outside of Stark Mountain, the most dangerous wilderness locale in D/P. The referee can use his own judgment to decide any house rules for this area.

Other: We PM our first choice of Pokemon to the ref, so there is no intentional Type-trumping. He decides at random who attacks first.

Tiny particles of rock and debris fly out the top of Stark Mountain as these two brave trainers have decided to park there Pokémon battle out the front of the base of the mountain. Though it doesn’t seem that Heatran is too happy today, as he has been stomping around in the mountain making loud noises and small earthquakes ever since 10 o’clock this morning.

“I am not sure how much longer these two fighters can hold out before this whole place goes up in flames” yells Crazy Elf Boy as he climbs into a lava proof bubble.

The combatants throw out their tiny poke balls out onto the field. Strangely enough both Pokémon revealed are the same with the exception that one has a bright shiny red underbelly and darker blue scales. A tense moment passes as the Pokémon start eyeing each other up trying to find some weak spots.

Tiamat half crouches down on to its knees and pulls its arms close to its body trying to pool as much anger as it can into one place. Its whole face goes a bright red as tiny flames shoot around its body. All of a sudden it launches a fiery ball of pure anger at Drucilla, who quickly responds by opening its mouth and firing a loud sound wave back at Tiamat. Both attacks connect and explode in a clichéd manner as both Pokémon are flown back.

Slowly picking themselves of the ground the two shark like Pokémon get ready to position for a second attack. Tiamat’s tiny head gleams over with a shiny sheen as she lowers it and starts running towards Drucilla, once again Drucilla is very quick to respond by spinning around in circles creating a very fast wind. Just before Tiamat’s attack connects she is whipped up into the air and thrown back down to the ground.

After successfully launching her opponent into the air Drucilla starts to sprint straight towards the limp Tiamat taking massive strides. Seeing this new development Tiamat picks herself of the ground gulps and then spits up a massive spout of flame just like a flame thrower coming from her mouth. Scoring a direct hit on Drucilla.

Once again Tiamat gulps down and tries to pool a flame of pure energy into a single point and releases it straight at Drucilla, once again acting quick on her feet Drucilla starts to to spin around violently whipping up a large tornado. The mass of dragonised swirling wind moved across the battle field picking up tiny bits of rock and sand. But the fiery breath flies straight through the tornado effortlessly like a knife through butter causing it to dissipate slightly, but it still connected with Tiamat.

Dusting itself off Tiamat picked its heavy body of the ground. With the tornado already gone Tiamat resumed the fight my swiftly moving towards Drucilla at a frightening pace. Drucilla on the other hand recovering from the violent flame attack pulled up her right claw and then started to concentrate. Tiny black shadows began to form around the hand until it was completely surrounded by a dark shadow. Then when Tiamat was close enough she released it in the form of a punch like attack. Both of their hits connected but Tiamat's was severely weakened by the blow of Drucilla's claw.

Drucilla started to look around the battle field for some sand. After finding a nice little patch of sand she starts to pick it up and begins to create samml little balls from it. Although while she is playing with her little sandcastle Tiamat starts to dig herself a hole in the ground and starts to hide in it hopefully to get away from Drucilla's attack. Turning aorund with a mass of sand balls Drucilla is amazed at the fact that her opponent has suddenly disappeared. Realizing this she just put the sand down and waited for her trainers next command.

Tiamat slowly works her way beneath the near Mount Stark, Drucilla desperately looks for place were her opponent could have gone to. After locating a Gabite size hole in the ground Dru jumps into the air and lands back down with a gigantic thud sending large shockwaves threw the earth seriously hurting Tiamat and throwing her of course. Still burrowing where she thinks Drucilla is, Tiamat starts to dig up then finds herself in a very strange place. Right in front of Heatran, with a blast of fire Tiamat comes running out of Stark Mountain with a large spout of flame trailing her as she is running for her life. Suddenly a large plume of smog arises from the top of the mountain followed by tiny bits of rock and lava are thrown into the air and onto the battle field. Both pokemon are rained on by flesh searing lava and molten rocks.

Drucilla [-10HP -7EN]

Both pokemon give each other a very standoffish glance as the muster a small amount of energy around their hands, one going for a orange glow while the other favouring a nice dark ball of shadow. With that both combatants run at each other right fists outstretched then connecting in a beautiful dazzle of black and orange light radiating around them and then dissipating into the air. Causing both pokemon to dig their feet in the ground as they slowly drift back from the excess energy of the blow.

Tiamat getting back onto her feet cause her own hand to glow orange just as Drucilla’s did previously. Then started to make a rush towards the injured Drucilla. Seeing her opponent rushing her at great speed, Drucilla mustered up a tiny bit of her dragon energy and pushed it threw her mouth and into a light orange beam aimed at Tiamat. Releasing this Tiamat tried to dodge the blow on her assault while not taking the full blow was still injured by it before she let the full force of her Shadow Claw into Drucilla’s stomach.

Still kneeling on the ground cringing in pain from Tiamat’s last blow, Drucilla breaths heavily while preparing for her next attack. In a familiar act Drucilla’s head glowed bright shiny silver as she charged towards her enemy at a mind blowing speed. But on the other hand Tiamat was ready for this attack this time, she closed her eyes and the whole battle field began to shake as the clouds above turned to a dark grey with tiny flickers of lightning crackling down them. The rumbling grew more intense as even Drucilla stopped her charge afraid of what was about to happening, as a large red light formed behind the clouds followed by a loud sound like a huge bomb dropping. The red light grew brighter and brighter till it broke the cloud cover, a huge meteor in all its glory pushed its way past the clouds and right towards Drucilla. With a cataclysmic explosion it connected with Drucilla leaving her in a quite large crater in the middle of the battle field.

With a lot of her energy drained Tiamat slowly picked herself up from the ground and got ready for her next attack, once again her hand glowed the light orange colour as she rushed towards the crater were Drucilla once stood. As she got closer she could see Drucilla also charging at her with the same coloured claw. Both fists connected the face of its opponent leaving a tiny scratch mark of the cheeks. With both pokemon reeling back and eventually falling onto the ground as the battle has taken a massive toll on both their energy and health stocks.

Just like her opponent before her Tiamat’s head started to glow the same shiny silver as she charged head on like a football player towards Drucilla. But this time Drucilla was more then ready for her attack and she started to run at a brain blowing speed only leaving a orange blur left from where she was before. With both combatants looking like giant blurs running across the expansive battle field the connect in a bright flash of light followed once again by a very very clichéd explosion.

Once again mimicking her opponent Drucilla closes her eyes while a violent wind starts to sweep across the desolate plain, the grass swaying in the stormy breeze. Dark clouds clouded the sky once again rolling across like large dark horses pulling a black blanket. A familiar light started to grow behind the clouds as a raging meteor fell to earth, cause the air to blister about it. While this cosmologic phenomenon is going on Tiamat is charging up a Dragon Claw while running at her evil foe. On her journey to deliver the small “gift” to her foe the meteor descends from the sky right on top of Tiamat. Trying to pull her body out of the crater Tiamat has her body covered in bruises and bleeding in some places.

As she managed to crawl out of the crater, Tiamat tried her old attack again by causing her hand to go orange again and ran towards her opponent hand held out ready to strike. But this time Drucilla was ready for her, she started to spin her body round and round at a deft defying speed causing a tiny twister to pick up small particles of grass and ash and sent it towards Tiamat in attempt to slow her down but to no avail. Just narrowly dodging the twister Tiamat punched Drucilla in the gut causing her to drop to her knees. But in light of her recent achievement she forgot about the raging twister in the background, as it swung around just like a boomerang it hit Tiamat in the back throwing her across the field.

Starting to cough up a small puddle of blood Drucilla picks herself up of the ground, knowing that her end is near. Drucilla and gets ready to let out a line of flame but all of a sudden a loud cry is heard from the base of the mountain as Heatran starts to thump around in his cave causing a giant earthquake. The ground is broken up like an old cheese cracker into tiny segments, causing earth to jut out of the ground. While this event caused Drucilla’s attack to go off course but ti was a huge boon to Tiamat’s attack as she jumped from outcrop to outcrop she jumped straight towards her foe delivering the final blow. Drucilla fell to the ground as her trainer recalled her back into her pokeball

As Drucilla is returned to her pokeball the trainer immediately throws out another, this time revealing a humanoid looking creature with what appears to be some sort of sword like extension coming from its elbows. As Tiamat jumps into the air ready to attack, it is as if Jay the Gallade has disappeared and reappeared in a flash right behind Tiamat in the air and effectively striking her to the ground with the sword like appendages. Making Round 6 the shortest round in this match so far. As Tiamat falls to the ground with her eyes spiralling around in the anime fashion she is recalled to her pokeball for a well deserved rest.

Status: Fighting for his life

As the second pokeball from Dark Sage hits the field and materialises from a red light, to a sort nothing of a pokemon wrapped up in some dirty black toilet paper. With a single big red eye sitting right in the middle of its face, also a tiny wisp of permafrost smoke coming out the top of its head. First thing it does to start of the fight is by starting to flicker then suddenly as if by magic 4 clones pop out and surround the original before moving around quickly to confuse the opponent like a shifty back alley guy with the coconuts and the pebble game. While Jay the Gallade decides to opt for a more cultural attack by moving its swordlike arms around in the air in an attempt to make itself stronger and more agile.

After finishing its fancy dance steps Jay dashed straight towards the gang of Dusclops’s on the other side of the field. On his rampage of destruction his right sword arm started to glow a light purple colour before slashing right into the first Dusclops causing a huge slash mark right through the clone. Being surprised at the sight of his target vanishing Jay stepped back a bit in amazement, giving Charon the right time to attack his opponent. With the four remaining Dusclops’s fists turning a dark shadowy black and then all punching Jay in the stomach he fell to the ground holding his gut.

Kneeling on the ground coughing under the stress and pain of the attack from Dusclops, he tries to pick himself up of the ground. But before he can pick himself up of the ground the four Dusclops vanish from his sight, and then reappear behind him all punching him in the back. Pretty happy with their achievements the Dusclops start to laugh manically, but in their moment of happiness Jay picked himself of the ground and formed a jolt of lighting in its hand and then shot it straight at Dusclops destroying two of the clones.

Jumping up into the air and back onto the all ready destroyed field Jay makes an attempt at an Earthquake attack. Shockwaves resounding from his landing point stretching out to the edges of the field ruining the earth even more, causing a lot of dust to rise of the ground and pollute the air. As the dust settles to the grass beneath Jay scours the area hoping that his foe Dusclops will be beaten into submission. But much to his dismay he saw the Dusclops rise from under a piece of upturned earth putting down a green coat like shield, his other clone vanishing from site.

Calmly planning his next attack after his recent failure, Jay moved elegantly across the field his arm glowing the familiar blackish purple glow ready to deliver it right into the Dusclops. But Charon just sat there as if he wanted to be hit, Jay slashed the arm right across the middle of the chest causing a slight wound digging into the bandage textured skin. But in response Charon takes his fist straight away and gives Jay right in the back giving back the force of his last blow plus a little extra.

Laying on the ground with the Dusclops looming above him Jay’s arm began to glow the evil purple black and tried to drive it back into the Dusclops. While Dusclops on the other hand has a plan of its own, Dusclops making a great bright flash from its eye trying to cause Jay forget how to use the attack. But unfortunately to no avail Jay wasn’t affected and continued his attack once again hitting Dusclops fair in the gut.
