I'll battle you Steve..
Go Mr. Glitch my Porygon
as for the Area how about we battle in Glitch City?
Arena: GlItch City
Glitch City is an old, run down city where strange stuff happens. Tall skyscrapers are destroyed and broken. Windows are shattered and signs are broken. It is night time and the moon is bright. There are often objects that fall from the sky that can be used in battle.

I'll use Magnemite (genderless) Jimmy.
First I'll start with Lock-on. Follow that up with Sonicboom. Next use Thunder.

Here we are in Glitch City with the derelict buildings falling apart dropping debris on the battle, with bums lining the streets drinking cheap wines from brown paper bags throwing insults at the two battlers and me the ref.
“HEY NICK OFF WERE BATTLING HERE”
Anyway onto the fight, one battler is a 6 foot tall blond spiky haired boy in a red coat while the other is a small boy eating a lolly pop. The first ball is released and it is a pink and blue triangle shaped monstrosity floating in mid air with a stupid look on its face while the other ball releases a small round metallic ball with a single eye, magnets on the side of his body and a single screw on the top of his head.
Mr. Glitch starts the fight of by doing a strange dance around the street corner shouting profanities at his enemy. Jimmy watching his foe doing this dance of unrealistic stupidity, his little eye started to whirl around with a mechanical sound trying to get a good fix on his target the completion of this task was met by a resounding beep.
Mr Glitch [-7EN, +1 Attack +1 Defense -1 Speed]
Jimmy [-7EN]
After locking onto his opponent like a heat seeking missile, Jimmy spins his body around once creating a half moon slice on energy towards Mr Glitch. Mr Glitch tried to dodge the oncoming slicer but it followed him every where he went until bang, it his him. Sliding across the street, Mr Glitch picked himself back up and a shiny glow sheens over his head before speeding through the air before whacking into the tiny metal construct.
Mr Glitch [-8HP -8EN]
Jimmy [-9HP -8EN]
With slight dents in his metallic skin his magnets on the side of his body began to spin around as he generated electricity before launching the stored static towards Mr Glitch. The thundering bolt crackled across the air and hit Mr Glitch throwing him back a couple of feet. All Mr Glitch could do in response was to coat his skin with a weird rubber like substance which didn’t conduct electricity.
Mr Glitch [-10HP -7EN, resistant to electricity]
Jimmy [-9EN]
