It's a .gif... How come it isn't animating? It's only two frames: Regular, and inverted color. I've seen other .gifs on this site used as avatars. They're animated... What's wrong with mine?

I know we've dealt with this before... if I remember right, these are the two likely problems.
1. Is your image larger than the allowed file size for avatars? (Check on the "Avatar" link in User CP.)
2. Sometimes if you upload your animated avatar to TPM, it truncates the file and displays only the first frame. Try uploading it to another site (Imageshack, etc.) and using its URL.
