Sleep Battle! Asi VS Pheonixsong {1v1, Ref-Greyfox}

Ok this battles a bit different. In this battle both pokemon are asleep and cant be woken up. The only moves that are allowed are Sleep Talk and Snore. But you can pick any pokemon you want and who knows you might get lucky ;D

The arena is a giant room with pillows everywhere. Soft music is playing and it makes you want to fall asleep just being in there. Its perfect for the pokemon who are already taking a nap.

Sleep Talk and Snore are the only moves allowed to be given, however no moves are banned when it comes to what you might get in Sleep Talk's randomness.

You release first I attack first! Let the sleeping begin!

Aha... you know, I had a Metronome battle at another ASB forum, and it was a lot of fun... I imagine this would be quite similar. I'd love to take you on, Asi. And I think I'll use... hm... my female Sandshrew, Sandshark.

Asi patted her napping kitten and gave her opponent a salute. "Nice to battle you, I havent actually gotten to know you yet! This should be an interesting match!" Kneeling down next to her Skitty she whispered softly in his ear. "Ok Kit, since its the first round lets see what the randomizer has for us today! Go for straight Sleep Talk for this round, and we will take it from there!" Her cat stirred in his sleep and began to mumble, purring all the while.

Gray- If you go to a site where you can look at the moves of each persons pokemon, figure out how many total moves there are, and use the random number generator here Im sure that will work. Im not sure if the exact thing your looking for exists, but I hope this helps any ^-^()

ROUND ONE!
The two trainers release their two pokemon, and wouldn'tcha know it, said pokemon are too sleepy to commence the battle whatsoever. Rather than make a fuss, the trainers decide to make lemonade with their lemons and an interesting, if somewhat random, battle comes out!

The snoozing kitten pokemon, Kit, mumbles incoherently. His eyes open just slightly, but his consciousness remains as sound as a sock puppet. But even in his slumber, he locks onto his target, and keeps her in his sights... somehow (Accuracy+++). Meanwhile, the snuggly sandshrew, Sandshark, keeps her mind at ease as her muscles tense up (ATK+ DEF+ SPD-).

FORESIGHT : CURSE

With her mind at ease, Sandshark begins dreaming soundly. A world filled with sand and varying insects for her to feed on. But the dream becomes gloom as the several insects merge together into one massive, hungry bug that begins to chase the, now-frightened, sandshrew (-10% Sandshark; +5% Kit). Sandshark awakens in a fright, but the soothing background music causes her to fall back to sleep. With her eyes closed slightly, she darts over to the sleeping cat pokemon slowly, knocking into her with a dull tackle (-5% Kit).

DREAM EATER : KNOCK OFF

The cat pokemon's body is sore, but his agility remains. His mind thinks of serenity, and he can feel his mental prowess strengthening (SA++). Upon seeing the art, Sandshark mimics the mind resolve as well (SA++).

ROUND TWO!

With sleepy eyes, Kit continues her slumber as electricity charges through her fur. As the sudden burst of lightning energy escapes her body, it crashes down on the motionless sandshrew, causing nothing but discomfort to her. Sandshark continues to bide her time.

THUNDER: BIDE

Still unaware of his own doings, Kit begins letting air escape his tiny cat nostrils, forming shockwaves that dissipate throughout the arena, causing light damage to Sandshark (-5% Sandshark). But Sandshark's biding ends, and she charges toward the adversary, bashing him quickly (-12% Kit).

SNORE : BIDE

Aching from the sudden attack, Kit lies down once more. His eyes open up suddenly, and a quick blizzard engulfs the peaceful arena, harming poor Sandshark heavily (-18% Sandshark). When the chilling cold dies down, several dark-shaded orbs circle around the sandshrew, shooting off toward the cat pokemon, causing nothing but the same discomfort she felt earlier on.

Third verse: Kit snuggles in his pillow before his body unconsciously picks himself up, shooting off a wild beam of solidified, very cold, water toward the equally-as-snuggly sandshrew, bashing her in the side forcefully (-12% Sandshark). Stricken with a blistered cold, Sandshark counteracts! Her tail shoots straight up -- colored an odd color -- she darts over to her catponent, and stings him with her poison-soaked tendril (-8% Kit).

ICE BEAM : POISON STING

Kit attempts to rummage through the subconscious of his foe once more, but struggles as his mind is unable to travel to that destination. A silvery veil keeps the sandshrew protected whilst Kit struggles on.

DREAM EATER : PROTECT

The final attack of the round, and Kit feels angry. Very angry, for some reason. He runs over to Sandshark and pelts him weakly -- he's not sure why he's angry, but he is. But without rhyme or reason, the attack is just very weak (-4% Sandshark). The sandshrew, slightly confused (and still very much sleeping), slams her claws into the ground, which erupts, causing great damage to Kit (-10% Kit).

The only problem is Sleep Talk only randomizes the moves that particular pokemon can learn, not every move possible in the game T.T So youd have to keep randomizing til you got a move that that pokemon could learn. But yesh Thanks Gray you should get a special prize for doing this ^.^

Well, yeah, but Sandshrew and Skitty have wide enough movepools that it shouldn't take too long to hit something.

"Well that round went pretty well Kit!" Asi smiled at her sleeping kitten and stifled a yawn herself. It wasnt a very good idea to be in this room right after a long day at work it seemed. Flopping down on one of the soft pillows strewn about, she gently stroked her Skitty, relaying to him what he should do. "Kit, this next round lets mix it up a bit. Do Sleep Talk, then Snore and then another Sleep Talk."

Asi yawned, the room was starting to make her feel sleepy. She cracked open a Monster coffee and sipped it, trying to help her stay awake. "Ok Kit slight change up," She said, rubbing a watery eye. "Snore twice and then do a Sleep Talk, just because I have to try to do something different." Stretching out on the pillows Asi made herself stay awake til the end of the match.

Asi woke up, stretching and feeling refreshed. Glancing over at her pokemon she smiled. "Oh good, your still alive..." Asi yawned and sat up, cracking her knuckles. "Well, its getting down to it, lets gamble a bit. Just do Sleep Talk!" Asi grinned at the ridiculousness of the battle, and watched eagerly to see what she would get in the Russian Roulette next.

Asi bit the end of her thumbnail absently as she thought what to do next. It was a close one and also a bit of a gamble. But, she was never one to back down! "Ok, Kit, we'll give it one more gamble, sleep talk away my dear kitteh!"
