PS3: 3D Dot Game Heroes

This is a game I just recently stumbled upon, and really have heard nothing about, it looks like a RPG's company attempt to take the old pixel RPG games, and make them into Lego like games. Here are some screen shots from what looks like a absolutely beautiful and unique game. That... we will probably never see outside of Japan.

Hmmm, very much reminds me of classic Zelda on the NES. There are even Tektite-like spider thingies. It's an odd looking one but it has a certain charm. I think I'll get that one.

The art style for the game is simply amazing. The games being developed by From Software and most of the games they make wind up making it stateside nowadays so I am hopeful that we'll see the game.

It's due out in November in Japan so it'd be nice if we could get it here sometime in the summer.

On the official Sony twitter it was announced that this game is coming to the US. No publisher announced yet but my money is on Atlus.
