The Path of the Legends

Plot:
You are a new Pokémon Trainer from Pallet, New Bark, Littleroot or Twinleaf. You will begin your journey like any other, but the plot will develop and unfold later on, this will include Villainous Teams, Legendary Pokémon and more of that.

Rules:
1. No Spamming/Heavy Cursing or any of the usual stuff.
2. Don't Role-play for other characters or NPCs. Example: Kyuu punches <Character>, causing him/her to fall off of the cliff and die, Kyuu grins and steal all their Pokémon away-Kyuu throws the Pokéball and captures Arceus.

Character Sheet:
Name: (Character's name)
Gender: (Male or Female)
Age: (Character's age)
Region: (Kanto, Jhoto, Hoenn, Sinnoh)
Starter: (Depends on each region's respective Starters)
Goal: (What your character wants to achieve
Personality: (Of your character)
Background: (Your character's history with Pokémon, encounters)
Appearance: (This MUST be sprites from the games; I've had some pretty bad experiences when it came to appearances. Use This.)

Character and Starter Rules:
1. Only one character per person.
2. Choose appropriate names.
3. You don't choose your starter's gender.
4. Keep your age below 13.
5. One starter per person.
6. You CAN have past encounters with Legendary Pokémon, but you can't be their friend, owner, or know their complete appearance, you can know the name.
7. You CAN'T have relatives from the Pokémon anime/games or NPCs.
8. Don't include family matters in your background, unless they contain Pokémon.
9. You can post a picture for your appearance.
10. You can choose whatever goal you want.
11. If you start in Kanto, Jhoto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, you can travel to any other region anytime you like, as long as you have a way to get to it, and it will take you at least one chapter.
12. Characters are not limited to starters, you can include how you got your first Pokémon in the background, and it must be any non-Legendary Pokémon.
13. You can join in late, but to obtain one of the region's starters, you have to wait 5 chapters for the local professor to get new starters, that is if he runs out of them.
14. There doesn't have to be a character for every region, as I said, you can start late.
15. You are limited to one starter; this includes you getting a non-starter Pokémon (Rule 12). Example: Kyuu caught a Caterpie and a Weedle when he was 7, and he is ready to start his journey with them.
16. Have fun and let others do as well.

Note: The role I will be playing is the Narrator and the NPCs.
