The All-Comers Challenge (Refs: Darkly and Grey)

It's time for another of my unique battling ideas that you all just LOVE.

Long story short: Recently in Melg's "What color should ASB be? THIS IS IMPORTANT!!1!" topic, I said the forum should be colored after my AWESOME Blaziken. Darkly opened his fat mouth and dissed my Blaziken, saying it was inferior to some other Pokemon in this forum.

THE RAWK isn't gonna STAND for that shit! He's gonna defend his title, in true Glitz Pit fashion!

Here's how its gonna work. I'm issuing a challenge to ASB. Anyone who accepts, send out ONE Pokemon to fight my Blaziken. The rules are simple:

It's a 1-on-1 match.
Since I've technically sent out first, you attack first.
DQ time is 5 days.
No moves are banned, though some might not be applicable in the arena.
The arena:

The Glitz Pit

A raised square platform large enough to accommodate two Wailord if need be, with spotlights and rafters overhead. Agile Pokemon can jump and grab or even tand and move atop the rafters and use them to their advantage (shaking loose debris from the ceiling or scaffolding high above the arena, etc.). Around the Glitz Pit are cheering Pokemon on the floor and in bleachers overlooking the fight area. Put on a good show and they'll cheer for you and maybe even toss you useful items. Put on a crappy show and they'll boo you and toss rocks and garbage.


Now, here's the twist: Rawk isn't just going to fight one Pokemon here.

In true Glitz Pit fashion... That's right.

He's gonna fight TWENTY.

Once one challenger and his/her Pokemon have battled Rawk, then win, lose, or draw, Rawk will be healed to 100% HP and EP after that battle and take on the next challenger.

As for how points are tabulated, it'll be as normal in a 1-on-1: The ref and the winner each get 2 points, and the loser gets 1. In the event of a draw, whoever has more HP wins. If both Pokemon have the same HP, whoever has more EP wins.


Also, just for fun, I'm going to keep a list of winners. The Champion, if not me (Yeah, right.), will get a VERY special extra prize in addition to their points.

I didn't say Jack crap about Rawk, I responded that the most Ultimate warrior(trainer) would prolly be Mike, or Ultimate or TML. Not You. If you wanna dilute that and try to say that by snapping you, I snap Rawk, then feel free . If the meaning got crossed somehow between me and you, that's fine too. But I'ma help you out. I'ma ref a few of these. Say 15 or so?

Rawk, use Swift to get rid of that Double Team, then smash that chicken nugget with Brave Bird. Finally, use Swords Dance to reflect that Toxic right back at Azula.

Well, here we are!! I'm your superb announcer DL and welcome to the Glitz Pit!! You all know the stakes. It'll be twenty competitors..err..:ees 7 people:: err 8 competitors...probably going twice. We may have late signups, I just don't know. All I do know is that it will be Rawk Hawk against them all!!

*Cheers*

Now, I won't be the sole ref. Let me introduce Chaos here, who will also take up a good chunk of the reffings! We'll give you a dual dishing of literal lividness!!

Now. First up is Unbraced with his Combusken, Azula. Rawk slides up to the ring and watches as Combusken runs around the perimeter of the ring. Rawk flips into the center, and watches as the Combusken splits into 5 copies. Rawk smirks and spins on his left foot. His hands flies out, as if throwing out those ninja stars. They swiftly dissipate the clones and trip up Azula.

That failing, Azula tried a different approach. He ran in close, and Rawk let him! Azula pecked right on Rawk's shoulder, as the larger fighter kept his cool. When Azula hopped backwards, Rawk rushed in, tackling the smaller bird with a gut-checking maneuver. They both flew to the side, but Rawk pushed off of Azula's body to allow himself a safe landing. Azula didn't fare so well, bouncing off the mat.

Azu: -2E/-25H ===//=== RH: -12E/-9H

Rawk just raised his left arm and rotated it to make sure his shoulder didn't take too much damage so early. Azula however, didn't take kind to being smashed that hard. Hopping back onto the mat, the Combusken spat a Toxic at Rawk. Rawk waited til the last second to dance backwards and around the Toxic deluge, all the while hyping himself up for the battles to come.

As long as your Wartortle isn't in any other battles besides the one he just jumped into (you know, the one I'm reffing for you and Mike Mysterio), yes, you can evolve your Wartortle once he gets the experience.

Tsunami, start off with Toxic. Then nail him with Aerial Ace fallowed by a Water Pulse.

Rawk, use Swords Dance to disperse that Toxic. Then slam Tsunami in the gut with Stone Edge. Finally, Bounce over that Water Pulse. And onto Tsunami's head, preferably.

The champion from the first battle (even if it was by default), starts off by showing his superior attacking skills. The rapid motions blows away some of the toxic gunk thaat Tsunami threw his away, but some of it manages to get through.

Rawk: +2 ATK, -6 EN, toxic (but starts a bit lower)
Tsunami: -6 EN

~Second turn~

Rawk begins to get a dull shine to him. He launches himself at his opponent who is ready, waiting for the dull shine to disappear. Rawk hits, and Tsunami responds with some aerial maneuvarability, smacking into Rawk right after the dull shine disappears.

Rawk: -9 HP, -10 EN
Tsunami: -17 HP, -6 EN

~Third turn~

Rawk bounces into the air just as Tsunami fires a water pulse. Unfortunately, Rawk was a smidge too late, and managed to get hit by the pulse. Those rings are pretty. Rawk thinks so too. Rawk gets distracted by this, and manages to hit his head against a rafter, quickly falling back down.

Rawk: -12 HP (9 from water pulse, 3 from confusion), confused
Tsunami: -6 EN
