The deck of the Continental Circus. A massive, flat area that can get very windy so it’s dangerous for flying pokemon. However, other than flying moves and pokemon, the arena doesn’t hinder any other moves (other then the obvious, dig, and sand tomb won't work well.. Earthquake could be chaotic). Just be careful, if you fall off the edge, it’ll cost you some health and energy to get back up.
Rarely a potion or ether might appear on the field, if you can reach it, 20 points of health (potion) or energy (energy) will be restored. However, the wind might blow it away~

Whoa, this is a blustery deck. As the wind whips around, I cover the mic to make sure ya can hear me. Good its still on. We have CT and MC ready to rock the house! Quick two on two this shall be. Both Trainers point their Pokeballs to the ground, ensuring their Pokemon aren't cast away.

Terra plods out, that heavy Larvitar. Her opponent is the nimble Fool, and he starts to clap joyously. Terra spouts off about how a bad clown Fool is, but Fool's already made his clones. That Taunt did work though.

Terra: -2E ===//=== Fool: -3E +3 cl. Tnt

Not happy with his profession being made fun of, Fool ran over and threw his arms up all willy nilly. A random assortment of colorful spheres blasted outward, bugging Terra a bit. She grunted and ran at the first clone she saw, tackling it. Poo, all she did was hit the deck.

Fool ran over and readied a fist of pure hate, ready to beat Terra into the deck. But Terra rolled away at the last second, and kept rolling as Fool and his crew gave chase. A blustery wind forced all the Pokemon back a bit, but by then, Fool lost his focus.

Fool was still mad. No smiles here.

With the wind howling about, both Fool and Terra took a minute to slide to a stop, before resuming the battle. Fool was on a rampage, trying to tackle Terra. Terra though split into 5 copies, and watched Fool completely tackle one away.

With Fool disoriented still, Terra unleashed a boatload of stars. Fool's deception was broken apart and the original Mine Jr was knocked down and out for a moment. Peeved his trainer did not give any viable instruction-Fol ran over and began arguing with his trainer? ..Control issues there.

Finally satisfied with getting a chance to beat eh heck out of Terra, Fool ran over and took a swipe at the nearest one. Ka-pow! Nothing but air. Fool looked with a calmer mindset to see the 3 remaining Terras all charge up a Dark Pulse and fire it. Fool cowered, but cried out as he was blasted on his back.
