Very well, I'll be using my Solrock, Sol.

Ok Sol let's take this tricky fox down as quickly as possible. Start off with Double Team, then move onto a Stone Edge, and finish off with Light Screen.

DL here, creekside in this brisk April evening, starting off this battle between two relative newcomers. We have papabopp and C~Dub, two young trainers eager for battle. Who am I to slow them down. The terms are met and we're set.

Cat lets out a cheerful yelp before blasting forth a powerful metal battlaion at the floating rock. Sol spins horizontally, but stops mid rotation, and reverses momentum. This reversal of speed continues on, and Cat is shocked to see not one, not two, but 4 Sols emerge from the original.

Deterred? Naw! Cat dashes about, trying to stay away from the floating rock battalion after him. He skids to a stop near teh creek and erects a shield he hopes will protect him from any harmful effects. Well, that shield will, but Sol and the crew just bombard Cat with their pointy edges. Ow all over.

Cat barely knows what to do These clones were fooling with it! Maybe, if he acted like one, they would leave him be. So he tried to link up with one of their minds. But all he got was static! Damn!

While that occurred, Sol and crew created a warpation of Light, in order to stop any more shenanigans of the special variety...

With all the Sol's hanging around, Cat felt really outnumbered. Soshe remedied this by splitting in clones as well. 3 to be exact. Sol was a little unnerved by this and tried to eliminate this from happening, but only wound up wasting energy.

Now with both Pokemon using clones to exploit the other, get ready for a slew of misses here. Or no, not true. That Swift fired off by Cat tagged the true Sol. The other suns vanished in the blink of an eye and..o wow that's strange. Sol connects with the real Cat, bouncing him backwards as well. That's gotta sting.

Both knowing where the other was helps when attacking I think. Cat had no more time for this and charged up a Pulse of Darkness, that was quicker than Sol could split apart. So the sun was struck backwards, and sent revolving down a ways. But the revolution yielded two more suns. Cripes!

The Sols all decided to try and alleivate their speed problem by streaming their natural shape to something more...air flow efficient. As the rock polished itself, Cat was quick to replace those clones lost earlier. Now there were 5.

Speedy to boot, the Sols all revolved around the pack of Vulpixes, ready to even the score, Cat didn't see it that way though, even as a Stone Edge made short work of one of the clones. A barrage of stars struck once more, hitting the real Sol while shooting through the others.

Aggravated that this fox was somehow besting it, the sunny rock tried again to eliminate it by sheer speed and power. But again it flew through a clone. Cat giggled and fired off a dazzle of lights, confounding the poor sunny rock into thinking its arms were falling off!

Ex: Cat o Nine split and there there were 5. Not 5 clones, but 5 vul's total. The real one and 4 others. But I can see why you be confused, that sentence is misleading :O.

Sol was aggravated and exhausted a tad and it just wanted to have fun. So it flew in a circle and had its own private rotating party. Cat o nine watched with splendid wonder and tried another Swift. Gah, why was it not hurting Sol barely at all!!

The rotating rock still seemed out of place, as Cat took advantage once again. A Wisp of fire went out from its mouth, and flew around the rock, singing its ends. That still didn't snap Sol free-and Sol fell flat on its face.

Glad this rock was incapacitated, Cat merely tried to split up once more. Now there were 6 Vulpixes to contend with. Sol stayed motionless, as the foxes surrounded it.

Least the confusion was gone. Sol speedily whirled around to note the multitude of Vul's it was up against, and took its chances with one of them. Streaking forth, the barreling rock shocked Cat and slammed into him at full speed...Cat merely faded away in a puff of energy.

The real Cat and the rest of the clones all took a step back and simultaneously fired a Pulse of Darkened energy, each hitting Sol at different intervals so Sol couldn't tell which one was real.

The sun stone revolved around the group once more, trying to discern falsehood from reality, and divebombed another of the pack. The Vulpixes all scampered to get away but one didn't make it, and that Vulpix vanished-as well as a strange array of stars... Sol was completely dismayed, as it was struck again by a blitz of Dark Pulses.

Cat was pleased. Sure it was down two clones, what could go wrong. Sol turned around and tried its airborne speed Facade tackle again. Again, the Vulpix's ran all around and Sol pinpointed one. The crash was pretty painful, and Cat bounced before skidding on its face...and staying put? Oh well, Sol finally got him! The clones vanished, but Cat retaliated with a Dark Pulse aimed at taking the floating rock down.

Cat was quick to try and deceive Sol once more, but the solar rock had other plane. A new warpation of light was created to deter any more special attacks for a few more rounds, while Cat multiplied, leaving 18 tails to stare at.

Cat hissed at the Light Screen, and still went for the Dark judgment anyway, blasting that Pulsating beam right at the speedy Sol. Sol tried a different approach now, firing off stars in a swift succession. They tore through clones at a fantastic rate, harming Cat as well. In retaliation, Cat fired off that Pulse, which struck and flung Sol around a bit.

Glad Cat was now visible, Sol went back to the standard. Cat tried to evade, but this spiky rock was fast! Cat was smashed pretty hard by that rock, and rolled backwards toward the creek.. But that's ok, a Second Pulse struck Sol, leaving Sol close to the danger zone.

Cat o' nine was getting aggravated at this rocky beast slamming into him all the time and tried to put an end to it. Sol was a bit faster than he was ready for again, and sailed towards him, ready to jab at him with those sunny ray like edges.

But, before Sol could hit, he felt his motion slow down, and come to a halt a few centimeters in front of a panting but focused Cat. Disable was pretty damn taxing right now to blockade that powerful move for now..

Cat: -7E===//=== Sol: -8E

Sol struggled to move and finally broke free of the Disable defense, since Cat tried to switch up tactics. A blast of light went off in front of Sol, but Sol was so close that the Stone Edge slammed Cat anyway. Cat bounced back wheezing some more.

Both Pokemon were dead set on ending the other, but Cat went down, having ran out of energy. Sol barely had any left as well, but that didn't stop it from plopping down in a weak attempt to dismantle the fiery foe.

Too weak actually, that did nothing.

Sol watched the stars fizzle away, and used its heightened speed to fly toward Cat. Cat sprinted toward the creek, but by the time it reached the water, Sol had caught up and slammed into Cat. Cat flew across the creek and landed on the other side, unconscious.

Sol floated aimlessly, as Papa released his next competitor. The small mammal like form hopped around enthusiastically, bone in hand. He swung it around his body twice, but on the backhand, stars flew from it, and annhilated the 5 Sol's that he saw before him. The original floated there, aggravated by these damn tricks to eliminte its advantage.

Well, at least he could change things to work in his favor right. Sol began to use that massive star it was crudely shaped after...and Bones ran right into him as hard as he could. The rocky sun rolled back shocked Bones felt no pain.

Bones wasn't as fast as Sol. The sun pokemon charged up a massive amount of energy and watched as Bones danced about. The massive blast came raining down through the sun soaked sky right before the sands came. Bones was blasted deep in the ground, but the Sun was ended right after.

Recalled, C-Dub thinks carefully, before picking out his final competitor. Out comes a digital Pokemon, rare indeed. Bones doesn't likes the looks of this and splits himself up into 4 copies.

Digit stares hard at the clones of Bones and seems to harness its unique ability for itself. As well as the clones, as Digit also splits into 3 copies. But both were not to bright as the Sandstorm ripped all clones away.

Bones: -3E ===//=== Dig: -3E

With the odds even again, Bones decides to play it defensive. Digit fires a Ice Beam at Bones, and that shield holds up for now, battering the beam away to freeze the ground.

Bones: -9E ===//=== Dig: -8E

Knowing he was in for it now, Bones kept bobbing and weaving between as Digit readied himself for anything. The duckbot was a bit faster than Bones would have liked, as Bones noted a a twinkle near Digit. An Ice Beam shot forth and struck him dead in his tracks, freezing his muscles up.

Enraged, Bones forced his body up and dashed in close, bashing his femur over Digit's head repeatedly-trying to Break that Brick shaped skull of his.
