Invertarig, start with Earthquake. Follow that with Grass Knot and Psychic.

Shock Wave clones and Magic Coat status-inducing moves.

Also, if you'd like your lovely Cradily back, just say the word.

Well THIS is new. An invitation to ref a match here? Wonder why this hasn't been picked up. Bulletin board been kinda sparse lately anyway. Anyway, DL here, standing atop a roof in this area as Oslo and Dabsaww take their positions!

Dabsaww, returning form his journey of knowledge, uses his most trusted Pokemon Electivire. It buzzzroars, as Invertarig gallops forth, and tries to bring the damn arena down with an Earthquake! Electivire jumps and uses EMP energy to keep aloft, staving away the consummate damage that he knows the earth could have delivered.

A little mad that the Earthquake didn't work, Invert neighwarbles and goes for a different approach, running down the railroad to the meadow below. Vire follows, finding flying to be great! He shoots off a Signal Beam that knocks Invert off the pathway and down a few stories to the ground below. Ow! Vire floats down, and suddenly gets attacked by the grass! Ack! The grass knots pretty tight to his tails, causing some real butt pain.

Elec decides to play it safe and erects a shield around itself. Goo timing too, as Invert fires off a Psychic that batters his mind!! He winces, and completes the shielding, wishing he done that earlier.

Porfa claps and speeds over to the shorter giraffemon, before wooshing backwards, showing off its floating skills. Invertarig scoffs and starts glowing from that rear weird half. A dual set of beams strike Invert then, knocking him to the gorund.

Upon hitting the earth, Porfa suddenly dropped as well, as if weights were tied to his ankles. He couldn't float anymore!

Not pleased with this new weight added, Porfa fired off a secod Signal Beam fromits tails at Invert. Invert just stood up again, to be knocked down and alongside the rocky base of the railroad. Well, bad idea! Invert starts to clap his hooves together, forcing the ground to shake. Porfa tries to float up, but alas, gravity has the best seat in the house, and urges Porfa to join her!

The Electivire recovers from that harrowing ground surge and fires off a small but potent shockwave to fry Invert. The Giraffe groans in pain, but not as much as Porfa does when Gravity forces him to sit through another Earthquake!

Electivire did not like this whole gravitational pull thing, but found that its own Magnet rising abilities were effectively nerfed. As such, the Earthquake from Invertarig hurt a hell of alot.

Knowing he had to spring back, Elec stood up and fired off twin beams from its diodes. The Purplish beam struck Invert, and Invert retaliated with...yes another Earthquake. Porfa growled in pain, knees buckled under this weak ground.

Quick as a shot a shield then enveloped the beast, and Invert was not ready for the recoil hit from running full speed into the shield. Invert skidded backwards, angered that Porfa was even standing still.
