The Arena: Dub's Disaster Zone
Description: A simple plain-like valley that is frequently wrought with cataclysmic weather. Every other round each Pokemon is hit with one of the following: an aggressive Thunderstorm (Electric), a blistering sandstorm (Ground), an intense heatwave (Fire), a bone-chilling blizzard (Ice), a swarm of angered Beedrill (Bug), a "Tech" Storm, or a wave of radiation (Poison).
Technicalities:
- Each "weather" effect is similar to Sandstorm or Hail (aside from the Tech Storm and the radiation), except they only last one round and are twice as powerful.
-The "weather" effects also have another aspect, they apply to weaknesses and resistances, like normal moves. (However Pokemon like Cacturne would still be immune to the Sandstorm, and Pokemon of the same type would be immune i.e. Houndoom won't be effected by the heatwave)
-Radiation deals no damage, but randomly either poisons, paralyzes, or burns.
-Tech Storm on the other hand has no type and cancels ALL stat changes.
-The random "weather" effect isn't discovered until after both moves are chosen.

Alright Digit, start by using Agility, then use Double Team, and finish by using Sharpen.

The first round begins with Rough getting a quick hit on Digit easily -- showering the technomon with a series of heavy rocks [ -7HP Digit / -4PP In the Rough ]. Digit lets not it bother it, darting around the field to gather speed [ +20% Spd, -5PP Digit ] as it copies the foe's ability [ @Sturdy ].

Now at a match for speed, Digit creates four clones that engulf the arena and the Rough [ +80% Eva, -7PP Digit ]. Not to be outdone, Rough follows suit [ +80% Eva, -7PP In the Rough ].

Five porygon and five onix surround the once vacant fields. Digit strengthens itself [ +10% Atk, -3PP Digit ] as the Rough keeps a watchful eye, utilizing the technique for himself [ +10% Atk, +20% Spd, -6PP In the Rough ].

Before the second round begins, the entire arena is swept up by a sudden blizzard that wrecks the two pokemon heavily [ -1HP Digit / -1HP In the Rough ], destroying their clones. The ice storm flourishes, not being effected by Rough's attempts to summon a sandstorm [ -5PP In the Rough ]. Digit, however, finds the snow to be useful as he chirps out, shooting the chilly winds at the earthly serpent [ -8HP, -10% Spd In the Rough / -4PP Digit ].

Digit attempts to change the weather himself, but the storm furiously remains persistant [ -5PP, -1HP Digit ]. Rough embraces it, however, as he slams his tail into the electronic pokemon [ -10HP Digit / -8PP, -1HP In the Rough ].
81/76 90/70
The winds continue to ravage the two pokemon as the Rough drives his body toward Digit once more, who uses a swift backpeddle to get away from the attack completely [ -3PP, -1HP Digit / -6PP, -1HP In the Rough ].
At the end of the round, the storm ends just as quickly as it began, leaving both pokemon confused.

Digit then homes in on his blind adversary, locking on before sending off a swift blizzard to attack. However, Rough's increased speed allows him to burrow quickly underground, barely avoiding the monsoon of ice [ -5PP In the Rough / -18PP Digit ].

Digit can only sit there and recharge [ +5PP Digit ] as the Rough comes crashing upwards, slamming harshly into the electronic pokemon [ -9HP Digit ].

Rough doesn't let the porygon bother him, however, and slams it with a series of rocks [ -8HP Digit / -5PP In the Rough ].

Magnet Rise out of the tomb and then relax in mid air for the rest of the round.
he didnt order it to magnet rise twice...
It didn't use it again -- it was merely the effect of using Magnet Rise the first time. Digit was forced back to the ground, yes, but it rose back up since Magnet Rise was in effect.
