Yes! After getting through a terrific number of matches, planning for the next 4 months and even Thanksgiving dinners eaten twice and thrice over, your masterful, energetic, hyperactive, unstoppable and all around crazy ass Ref DL has appeared! So lets get this quarry match rocking.

And here we are at Shooting star summit. I never really saw the appeal of this place, but ya wanted to fight here, so let's get it cracking. Cinnamon and Yui square off, and Yui takes a step back as Cinnamon begins coughing. Man that's some nasty throat smoke you got going on. Yui begins to swing its mouthtrap around in order to whip that smokescreen outta here, and in the end, feels pumped up.

Yui smirks and watches as the little ol' Charmander runs towards him with a fiery fist. The initial slap of fire hurt, but Yui used that strange headdress to flip Cinnamon on his head-with a lil extra oomph. Ow.

Cinnamon stands up, shaking off the dizzyness for the moment. While stalling, Yui smashes the ground and forces the loosened bricks and rock to go sliding over Cinnamon. He yells out and manages to hold onto the summit, before bouncing back and biting the living daylights out of Yui.

Yes, sorry. If you want to use a Star Spirit, use your actions to Focus your power. Say you wanted Starstorm, you would tell your Pokemon something like "Focus twice for Skolar and then Crunch" or "Let's get Skolar's help, Focus, then Double Team and Focus again." Then Skolar would start Starstorm at the next round and it would do 7 extra HP damage each action (for a max of 21 extra, unless the damage cap was reached beforehand)

I didn't consider being able to just save Focuses up, but you can do that if you think it would be better.

Yui, feeling lucky, tries to entomb the small fiery lizard before it becomes too much of a hassle. That may have already been the case, as Cinnamon lashes out at the upcoming pieces of hardened sediment, with limbs and tail. Each Tomb slab is broken away, and by the end of it all, Cinnamon just shakes his fists out.

The nicks from the rocks didn't seem to bother Cinnamon, and Yui didn't approve of that at all. So Yui tried to focus on herself, focus on all the energy she cold save for later. However, part of her focus was diverted to Cinnamon and his manliness. Gotta admit, a lizard that can break rocks is kinda...hot. Not so much...though..

Yiu felt a twinge of heartstrings for the male Charm-ander, but she still had enough reason to bash his brains in. Cinnamon welcomed the open embrace, grabbing that really heavy mouth of hers and opening it past its limit. Yui screamed and fell back, trying to close her mouth again.

The small steel Pokemon hangs back and keeps her guard up. Her mouth stays shut and her arms stay out in front of her, as Cinnamon moves in to try something dastardly. Flames come spewing from his mouth and they wrap around Yui. Yui however, takes the hit, bursts through the flames and slams into Cinnamon with all her might! The Burst of energy hurts Cinnamon, as he falls to his stomach.

Cinnamon tries to stand up and Yui doesn't give him any quarter. She immediately falls on him, the power of her pinpoint strike feeling like...a hug! Cinnamon smirks and blows flame kisses left and fight. They lace all over Yui's body, searing into the metallic skin of hers. Ahh heaven

Cinnamon hangs back, and waits for something, and Yui, she still seems in love with Cinnamon. So much that she wants to tell her girlfriends! (That was insane luck, rolling a non attract) So she dashes back to Muggles adn he recalls her, shaking his head. In her stead comes Katara, whom lands on the earth, only to be punched in the face by an electrified Cinnamon fist.

Shaking off that rudimentary blow, Katara angrily fires off a Brine at the hastily digging Cinnamon. It hits, to his dismay, and he gets knocked out in his own half carved escape tunnel.

Well, that's no good. She looks left and right for the foe, only to be struck by an unseen force. It knocks her on her rump, and she spies a flash of red scurrying away. Her wings as propelled jets, she blasts off after the little twerp and smashes into his back with a wet finisher!

BTW: I haven't got a DS, but Serebii's says Pikachu can learn Fly. Is that legal in ASB? o_O

Its body grows bright with this stored potential, and the excess energy starts to show up as crackles of electricity. A puff of sound floats over and catches Topaz's ears, but she keeps Charging...

Damage cap: 40%
Arena: Shooting Star Summit from Paper Mario. No weather moves will work here, The Star Spirits are intrigued with the match going on, and have offered their assistance but each of us can only use each power once in the entire match. Eldstar granted his Focus ability. Spend one, two or all three actions in a round to call the Spirits, who will show up at the start of the next round.
Mamar sings a Lulliby (Same as Sleep for a round) for 1 Focus.
Skolar causes a Star Storm (hits opponent for 7HP for 3 actions but damage cap applies) for 2 Focuses.
Muskular makes the opponent Chill Out (Makes Attack and Special Attack go down by 3 for 5 actions) for 2 Focuses
Misstar gives you a Smooch (heals 20 HP) for 3 Focuses
Klevar puts the opponent in Time Out (completely immoble but in deep relaxation, will restore 50 EP at the end of the round) for 2 Focuses
Kalmar will take your opponent Up and Away (They become stars for a round and float around. They cannot attack but they have 90% evasion) for 2 Focuses

Katara notes Topaz isn't moving currently. Good. As the rodent lies there Katara gets to work bul--ohhh snap! Massive Thunder blast streaks down from the heavens and takes Katara down a notch. Katara recovers, but is coughing from that hit. Her sub is made, but with unpredictability like that, it may not be enough.

Katara does not take that hit lightly, but this rodent was on a roll. Now it sat up and just Focused. One eye opened in time to seE the ground tilt and whirl, and Topaz just went with it. It had to get some help to deal with this penguin...

Topaz lands, and shakes off the dizzy feeling. His speed is up and he plays it to his best, lunging for the sky. Its evident that after a few seconds of hang time...that rodent isn't coming down, so Katara points her wings up. Water shoots from them and propels her skyward before she banks down and slams Topaz across the face. The force of the hit with the water behind nit was pretty immense, and Topaz bounced off the ground as he went skidding.
