Gym Challenge - Mew Master vs Concept (Ref: DarkestLight)

Okay, so it's been about a month or two since I got promoted to official Gym Leader, and no one has challenged me. Whether you're intimidated by the Arena, myself, or just the fact I haven't been around and active for a while.

This is to list an open challenge to anyone in ASB (Veteran or newbie) who has the slot open, at least 4 free Pokemon, and wants to come on in and challenge me. The only ones unable to accept this Challenge are fellow Gym Leaders, the Elite 4 and Mike Mysterio (I explained why Mike D: ). However this is open to the rest of ASB.

The Arena: The Dragon Roost
DQ: A Week
Damage Cap: None
Restricted Move/Gimmicks: Arena Dependent
Abilities: Active
Number of Pokemon: 4 Minimum (If you would like to increase this number, please feel free to say so)
Battle Style: Tournament. We each send out one Pokemon, battle, the one who doesn't faint gains a point. Both combatants recall their Pokemon and send out another set. The Trainer with more points at the end of all the battle sets wins.

Since I issued this challenge, I shall release first, and allow my opponent (whoever they shall be) to attack first.

Opening with Ruth, my female Kangaskhan with Scrappy. Safeguard, unless you're taunted or something in which case brick break. Follow with a secret power and a brick break.

Snatch that Safeguard, then lay on a Curse before dodging that Brick Break with a Faint Attack.

And I'm back in this crazy place. The homeland of the dragons. Well, I will say Concept, its about time someone challenged Mew's Gym. He was getting pretty old and decrepit here.

Anyway, Jib stems from his stone and looks at Ruth with a certain evil sneer, that gives Ruth a little bit of a chill. To protect her from any more weirdness that ghost may exude, Ruth manages to erect a Safeguard. Jib however, doesn't like those things, and Snatches it away for safekeeping!

Jib: -3E SG: 3 rds~~ Ruth: -7E

Defenseless, Ruth decides to give the crowd what it wants, and fires off a bolt of energy. This bolt seems laced with something potent, but that is filtered away as Jib sits there, rocking back and forth. The beam keeps flying, striking Jib, as the phantom then opens his eyes and seems to put a Curse on Ruth. Ruth feels something inside her body, but there's no real understanding of her predicament yet.

Having a little trouble with the fact that this ghost is just sitting there, Ruth tries for a Brick Break next. Jib definitely hates that maneuver and vanishes in a streak of blackness. Ruth stumbles under the power of her own swing and turns around to note Jib's Keytstone barreling for her face.

She's knocked on her backside, the little Kanga in the pouch ducking away in fear.

Jib: -6E ~~ Ruth: -8E/-8H

The Curse starts immediately-and rips away a nasty swath of health from Ruth (25)

Excellent. Take her mind with a Psychic, then entomb her with a Rock Tomb, followed by a Dark Pulse. If she tries any Resting, safeguarding, and other self-heal tricks, Snatch them again.
