Let's do this. Since this is your turf, the conditions are yours to set.

I will, however, kick things off by releasing Snore Warrior my lovely male Snorlax with Immunity.

New Gym:

Secret Garden!

Arena:

A secluded Chinese style garden, equipped with a pond, pagoda, bridges and rock paths.



Battle style:

Tournament style, Best out of 5 (subject to negotiation). Each team uses 1v1, and fight until one is defeated. The victor records a point, and both send out fresh combatants for the next round. This continues until the first team have 5 wins. Draws count as 0, so the match may go more than 9 combatants each. Pokemon that are recalled may not be used again in the gym.

After a battler is defeated, the VICTOR sends first, followed by the DEFEATED, who also ATTACKS first, despite the battle order previously.

Moves rules:

Rest and Pain split may only be used ONCE during the entire battle (Not per pokemon)! The move Ingrain will not work in the garden, but there are 5 (and ONLY 5) Ingrain roots already established, that any pokemon may grab on to at the cost of one action. Doing so grants that pokemon the benefit and drawback of Ingrain, and when that pokemon is defeated, the root retracts. Weather effecting moves will automatically fail to work, due to the fire suppression system, and abilities that affect the weather have no effect (eg: air lock and cloud nine).

Gym specials:

Fire suppression system, Ingrain bonuses (see above), Tournament style battle

Fire suppression system: A system implanted to protect the gardens. Has 6 settings. Starts at 0 (default).

0. No change. Battle acts as normal. The level of sun in this stage is equivalent to ‘Sunny day’.

1. Rain effect. Battle field under effect of Rain dance/Rain conditions.

2. Mist effect. Covers entire battle field.

3. Haze effect. Covers entire battle field.

4. Fog effect. Covers entire battle field in a thick layer of fog. Reduces accuracy by 50%.

5. Heavy Rain. Fire, ground and rock types take damage per turn. Solar beam takes an extra round to charge. Doubles the effect of Hydration, Water Dish, Swift Swim, and Dry skin. If thunder is used, its chance of being protected or Detected goes from 30% to 15%.

As stated above, weather moves, or abilities cannot be used, and attempting to use Defog during stages 2-4 will not removed the effect.

The system is activated AFTER any fire type move is used, and will go up one level for each fire type move used. It will remain at the setting it peaks at for 5 rounds, before defaulting down one level. This means that the first fire type move will still hit for normal damage, but subsequent moves will not. NOTE: The level's of the system STACK, so at level 3, you are also affected by level 2 AND level 1.

The TM of the Secret Garden is:

- Synthesis.

Usable by all members of the grass assembly by default, the Synthesis TM can be taught to any one pokemon of the team that defeats the Secret Garden.

*ahem* WELCOME ONE AND ALL!

Ay: NO ONES EVEN WATCHING! JUST GO! Utrop-Go cut up Fatty!

Ulp..ok. Utropolis snarls and starts off with a dizzying array of speed, revealing 3 Sceptiles in her wake. Snore Warrior scratches his belly, and then YAwns. But with this Yawn came a shock, as Snorlax brung his hands up and clapped them together, firing off a Shockwave. Utrop and co. were all hit to varying levels with the bolt, and then had to hear that stupid Yawn. That's alot to deal with.

Well, at least it didn't hurt TOO much. Utrop dashed over and behind the enormous fatticus and swept low, knocking Snorlax over. The behemoth seemed like it was tilting backwards, and Utrop did the smart thing and ran around the enormous girth...only to be met face to stomach, and then...oof..crushed under a falling Snorlax. Good Counter.

And...then Utrop falls asleep, and for the moment, so does Warrior. Man that's gotta be weird.

Okay, bud. Up you get. Begin with the largest Substitute possible. Then two Gunk Shots.

Shock Wave clones. If she wakes and uses GrassWhistle, drown out the tune with Uproar.

Sleeping away, Oslo's command wakes up the larger of the two fighters. A little miffed it wasn't allowed to sleep on its new grass pillow, Warrior reluctantly got to work. Out from teh grounds of teh Secret Garden herself came a massive stone and dirt replica of the Snorlax, impressive in all its girth and majesty.

Utrop hopped up on its legs after it seemed to stare the statue down, even though its eyes were closed. Those stalks on each arm began to glow, and with an agile flip, it landed atop the Substitute before taking a massive swing! The sharp blade like leaves cut the head RIGHT OFF!

His sub wasn't going to make it very far with strikes like those! Warrior grunted and then rubbed his belly. For such a big Pokemon with Immunity, it sure knows how to make one hell of a Gunk Shot. That massive blast knocked Utrop right off its perch and sent him crashing to the ground. Utrop still did not awaken. In fast, it growled and ran around on all fours for a moment.

Hrm. I think its faster now...

Blazing fast and with an appetite for revenge, Utrop's eyes shot wide open. Instead of going for the massive Pokmeon, that Substitute was the way to go. In one blazing fast kick, Utrop flew through that Substitute and landed on the other side as it fell into a pile of rubble. It didn't save him from being lathered on and left smelling like a landfill.

With his substitute gone, and that strange reptile leering at him like he was a fat piece of meat, Warrior corssed his arms as best he could over his belly and crouched...which is hard to tell when you're as round as a tire. Utrop dashed in, eager to make up for lost time. A Punch to Warriors exposed belly sunk in, and he felt a great deal of nourishment come his way....and then leave him as his Warrior's Belly flexed and deflected the hit more than Utrop was ready for. Utrop went flying backwards from the recoil, landing on his back.

No sweat! He could do this again. Utrop kipped up and dashed in, going for Warrior's squat leg. The right leg was struck, but that belly now fell atop of Utrop. A warbled cry of fear was heard for a split instant, before it was filled with fatty bulk.

Snore stood up and received a punch to the Jaw from Utrop, who tried to use the punch as a pushing point to slide out from under Snore. Snore let gravity do the work for him, and crushed Utrop again. Rolling into a seated position, Utrop's head wound upin a nice so congenial place...

1 - If Low kick does damage based off the weight of the target, and Snorelax is the 2nd/3rd heaviest pokemon out there, why did it only do 13 damage when its super effective?

2 - Remember next time, Utropolipos's ability was changed to Unburden in the give away... *Facedesk*

Awarew that this could be over in mere moments, Utrop builds all his speed into one final lunge. Warrior seems to be building something into its mouth and when Utrop seems to be dashing within range, out flies a huge splattering of Poison. Utrop is F.A.S.T however, and he runs under theGunk flying towards him, sliding with a major league Fury! This time, he conencts dead on with Snore's left patella, and the tubbly fighter goes up into the air. Utrop clears the area and rebounds onto his feet in a crouch. The ground shudders with the weight of the hefty one slamming onto it.

Warrior pushed himself up after a few belly rocks and tries to get a bead on that Sceptile. There, standing amongst a thicker grove of trees. He rubbed his sore sides and then roared his name, releasing a blast of chilling air, that seemed to crystalline that portion of the Garden.

Utrop smirked, as the Blizzard sailed past. He walked out of the frozen wood, none the worse for wear. His blades twitched as he stretched his left leg...itching for some more action.

A little outclassed by the enthusiasm of this reptile now, Snore tried once againt o throw a punch of poison over Utrop. But the Low Kick that Utrop deliverd forced Snore Warrior into a split! Pain of an excruciating nature ran red across Warrior's face and he fell backwards from the pain. Utrop climbed atop his foe, and hissed emphatically.

With the speed fighter having completed his mission, Ayeun and Oslo switch gears for round two. Oslo releases a bagworm with a serious metal modification, while Ayeun points to a small banzai tree. The tree wriggles a bit, and As immediately fires a twin set of beams at the ground.

The ground roars in disapproval, and forces an massive ripple to erupt and shake the offending Pokemon around a bit-also revealing a squarish head and two soft brown eyes, connected to a platform like shell which said tree sat upon. Frosty was up!

With no resort other than firing, As did just that! A second set of beams struck the massive planimal, and Frosty lurched back. All she needed to do was get her rear into it. Falling forward, those massive trunks for legs caused another ground shiver, and also helped in pulling the rest of her tankish body up from her planted spot.

Asplosion was really getting really tired of all this Earthquake jazz. So, instead of firing o his nemesis again, he opted for a shielding of some sort. As light and energy warped and bent around his carapace, the world shaking event of the century continue. Hey, hey Frosty...May 21 was 4 days ago.

Forsty and As seemed to be testing each other for who would flinch first. It would be Frosty, who flexed, and forced a new ripple of energy to try and make As's life miserable once again. But As bounced forward before the ripple struck...and stayed aloft. The wave passed under him with no incident, bothering the land tortoise.

As now had a bit of luxury, as Frosty was stuck lurching out Earthquakes with nil effect. As the quake happened, and the garden started to shift and tilt in odd ways, a Signal Beam seared Frosty's back. Snow flew off from that strike.

More Earthquakes? This is not Japan -.- Asplosion doesn't are, and no he takes care to set a Reflective barrier up to join the thinning Light Screen up a few actions prior.

As quietly rotated in the air, thanks to his newfound levtiation.Seeing that this was now going to be a uphill battle, Frosty began to plod over in order to drive the point home.

Sure, a Signal Beam struck her head, but she powered through it! It was that same Power that Souped her up enough to rear herself on her hindlimbs and smash her body into Asplosion's

That buffer did its job well and Asplo took the hit like a champ. Frosty tried to continue the onslaught, but holding Asplosion in this manner was like trying to keep a very large ball underwater. It's gonna bobble back up and punch you in the jaw. That's exactly what happened, in the form of a Signal Beam however.

Frosty backed away for a moment, and Asplosion rotated again with glee. A third Siognal Beam was fired, and Frosty once agian powered though and used her rage to try and bash As to the ground. Finally, the levitation weakened, and Asplo went down with the hits!

This was not the way things were supposed to go. Frosty shook off any doubt of losing and resolidified her efforts, even as Asplosion seemed to be coming apart at the seams. Small barbs landed everywhere, but didn't hurt her. Fine with her! She slammed her body into some of the rocky gardens in the area and they flew up weakly, lathering As with a multitude of *plinks* and *tinks*

Just then, a flash occurred, and some sort of light barrier went away.

One buffer down, and As now decides to get down to it. He spins in close to Frosty, who hits him with a close range smattering of rock once again. Once again, it does little to harm the bagworm. Spinning around to an unprotected left side, As goes in face first, biting Frosty's side. Frosty winces, and her legs show signs of buckling.

The buckling continues until the Torterra falls right down, partially sinking into the place where she started the battle. Chalk a win up for the challenger.

Well done, Asplosion. Had I known Bug Bite would be so friggin' awesome I would have totally put down two layers of Toxic Spikes, but one should do the job.

Gonna continue this little Poison theme with Luftballon, my male Weezing with Levitate.

I want you to stockpile... Yes. STOCKPILE... Those toxic spikes. ALL of them.

Then I want you to SPIT UP all of them back towards Oslo's side of the field.

When you have done that, finish with a FRUSTRATION for a stupid round of attacks.

Use Snatch to steal the effects of Stockpile. (But don't, um, actually put Toxic Spikes in your mouth or anything.) Finish with Nasty Plot and Extrasensory.

Well now, here's a surprise! Round three starts off with two Poison types! Drool swings down from a vine to represent Ayeun's Gym, and the challenger goes for a gaseous Pokemon with green toxic clouds. Drool immediatly notes the Spikes all over the ground, and without any notion at all, just slides over them- immune to their effects. Meanwhile, she takes in the warmth of the area...

only to see her orbs of nourishment fly to Luftballon. The hell was THAT?

How the hell did that Weezing snatch that? Drool looked pissed, but now she couldn't spit up a damned thing! Enjoying the fruits of its labor thus far, Luft now just lazily floated in the sky, quietly contemplating how to take out Drool.

LB: -2E +2 SpA ~~ Dr: >O

Well that was fun :/. After dry heaving for four minutes, Drool finally got her frustration out with a series of vine lashings at Luft. Luft seemed to ripple in space with each hit,and finally, the facade was shattered. Luft fell to the ground and black smoke seemed to float away from everyone's view ('cept mine 'cause I'm wearing Break yo fakes shades). In place of Luft was a small doglike creature with a mischievous grin on its face.

A grin that lead to a massive Psychic attack that threw Drool on her backside. This doesn't look too good.
