Crystal Tears vs Pichu Luver [Ref: Grey]

I challenge my sister, Rio aka Pichu Luver, to a six on six match in the indigo stadium. Why?? Cuz things are finally settling down and there’s no drama at the moment. I apologize to anyone who had a DQ due to my absence.

Once a pokemon faints, both are returned and the next set is released. The arena changes each set, reflecting one of six types (randomized), it’s up to the ref’s imagination as to what the arenas look like, but under no circumstances shall an arena offer any stat modifiers. There can be hazards, but nothing too crazy.

In the middle of the arena, there is a panel with a single red button on it. The button can be pressed by a pokemon to change the arena to another type (randomized). The arena takes 3 actions to change, and the shift can be rather chaotic (save for the end of a set, where it immediately switches to another type).
1) Fire
2) Ground
3) Grass
4) Ghost
5) Electric
6) Water

The arenas may be based off of those types. The arena will begin on Grass.

Banned moves: None.
DQ: Two weeks.

ROUND ONE
We take center stage in challenger Crystal Tears' unusual arena. At the moment, we are surrounded by foliage of unusual origin. The skies are clear, and Crystal wants a battle with her big sister, Pichu Luver. They nod in agreement as Crystal summons her tiny petlil, Soda-Pop. Pichu smirks, sending out her fighting 'mon, Toiva. The first volley of attacks are called out, and the pokémon throw themselves into battle.

Toiva initiates the battle by shielding himself in a coat of iron; his ability allows him to do this in a much quicker rate as Soda cries out to the skies above. The sun's rays suddenly become stronger as the clouds quickly part.

Soda-Pop: -7PP // +20% Def, -5PP: Toiva
Sunny Day: 9 actions

Feeling confident, Toiva throws his body forward and slaps Soda harshly, sending her rolling back a few feet. The tiny plant pulls herself together and sheds an amorphous powder into the air, causing Toiva's eyes to become heavier and heavier as he ultimately succumbs to slumber.

With her foe incompacitated, Soda is free to attack at her own discretion. The petil approaches the snoozing beagle and closes her eyes. Toiva shudders in his slumber and moans uncontrollably as Soda devours his dreamstate, instantly waking him up in the process!

ROUND TWO
Soda-Pop decides to start plundering away Toiva's health with a leacherous collection of seeds. Toiva keeps a watchful eye on his adversary as she spits out four seeds and plants them in random parts of Toiva's body. The seeds latch onto his fur, but he manages to pluck two of them off and send them right back to Soda, effectively canceling out the effects of the seeds entirely.

Annoyed that her initial attack didn't fare so well, Soda readies an energy ball. However, before she can fire it off completely, Toiva smoothly approaches her and takes her arm (or the closest thing of hers to an arm) and kisses it lightly and sweetly, making the girl swoon. Soda is at a crossroads: does she destroy her new boyfriend or does she remain loyal to her trainer. She ultimately decides on a compromise, hampering her own elemental prowess before firing off the energy ball. It collides weakly into Toiva's chest.

Soda's still giving him the googly eyes, which is distraction enough for Toiva to strike! He ignites his right foot aflame and drives it into the lovelorn plant pokémon, using the sun to magnify the power of the attack exponentially. Soda sails into one of the trees, cursing herself for falling for such a devious trick. She decides ultimately to follow her trainer, and responds by firing off a (still) weakened magical leaf. The rainbow-hued leaf blades each scrape across the beagle, dealing light damage.
