The field is a large oval area in the middle of a damp jungle. Heavy forestry surrounds the area, but is too dense to get through easily. Leaves are the main flooring, but underneath is a moist, slippery surface. Sunlight rarely gets through the thick, heavy clouds which lazily drift by overhead.
Is this okay?
okI choose my signature pokemon Weavile

Ice breaker
Thank you Mikachu
Oh I'm Sorry. Now I feel like a jerk.
Ok but Weavile use detect against the Hypnosis. Then use torment to stop the second one. Finish with a double team.

‡ Round 1 ‡
G’day, ladies and gents, and welcome to *double checks arena name* Tangled Vines! Here, surrounded by dense vegetation, two relatively inexperienced trainers step up to plate with that familiar competitive glint in their eyes. Standing on either side of the leaf-strewn oval that will serve as the battlefield, the trainers pluck Pokeballs from their respective belts in unison and toss them into play. Identical flashes of red light ignite our surroundings as an airborne balloon and a devious-looking weasel take to the field. Well, that’s that, then! Let the battle begin!
Bloons is the first to strike. The Drifloon locks eyes with Weavile and starts trying to exert some mysterious Hypnotic influence over him. Wise to Bloons’s shenanigans, Weavile Detects that something is up and promptly does an about face, rendering the sleep-inducing move completely useless. Bloons deflates a little bit in disappointment. D’aww.
Bloons: <-6 EP>
Weavile: <-8 EP>
All of a sudden, our lush surroundings begin rustling wildly as a snap of cold, eerie wind rises out of nowhere. An Ominous Wind begins gusting through our clearing, causing several of the leaves on the ground to blow out of place, thereby exposing the moist ground. Weavile braces himself against the sudden attack, though his natural typing renders the move less effective than it perhaps could have been against some other foe. Once the wind dies down, Weavile begins cackling maniacally at Bloons. His laughter goes on for quite a while and seems to really be getting under Bloons’s skin. (Not that he has any.) Bloons’s eyes narrow as his rage rises. Somebody’s looking a little on the Tormented side.
Bloons: <-6 EP; Tmt>
Weavile: <-4 HP; -4 EP>
Bloons tries to go for a repeat of the previous action by stirring up another blast of wind, but appears far too angered to execute such a move. With a free action at his disposal, Weaviles does a spin on the spot and creates three identical clones. All lined up alongside his doppelgangers, Weavile seems well-hidden indeed. Bloons peers from one Weavile to the next, unsure exactly how he’s supposed to go about distinguishing which is the real deal.
Bloons: <Can’t move!>
Weavile: <-4 EP; 3 clones>

‡ Round 2 ‡
With their stats nearly even, this battle is far from decided as Weavile, backed up by his fierce-looking lackies, starts barking some nasty insults at his foe. He tells Bloons that his namesake browser game was a lot of fun… back in 2007! Hey-oh! However, since Bloons is sitting comfortably behind a purple energy barrier which seems to be drowning out the Taunt, these cruel words fall upon deaf ears.
Bloons: <-10 EP>
Weavile: <-4 EP; 3 clones>
The dark skies above our tangled mess of a battlefield suddenly get a little grimmer as iron clouds roll in and begin depositing hailstones all over our surroundings. They plink against the ground as Bloons and Weavile search in vain for a place to take cover. Unfortunately for the latter Pokemon, he can’t find refuge and now must watch as the falling Hail rips through his three clones, sending them off to the Clone Graveyard. Annoyed by this particular weather effect after no more than a few seconds, Bloons spins about in the air to summon sunlight. The match is soon bathed in a warm glow. What a relief!
Bloons: <-6 EP>
Weavile: <-4 EP; 0 clones>
Spying a lonely little pebble smushed into the moist, slippery ground, Weavile picks it up and begins using it to sharpen his rather wicked talons. Bloons, meanwhile, feels all the more buoyant beneath the sunlight and releases this solar energy in the form of a large orange energy ball. The ball collides with Weavile, dealing some pretty potent damage indeed.

‡ Round 3 ‡
The next room kicks off as Weavile raises his arms skyward, causing Hail to return to the field. However, history repeats itself and this particular weather effect doesn’t seem long for this world: Bloons wiggles about in the air and brings the sunlight back to our little mire of leaves and vines. Bloons tries to blow Weavile a raspberry but, upon remembering that he doesn’t have a mouth, the Drifloon instead just stares with satisfaction.
Bloons: <-6 EP>
Weavile: <-4 EP>
With the sun keeping things nice and toasty, Bloons figures that he might as well keep the heat a-coming. The Balloon Pokemon squirts out a tiny little flame which flickers across the gap barring the two fighters. Not keen on accumulating a status, Weavile whips up a black screen which absorbs the Will-O-Wisp. Weavile giggles.
Bloons: <-6 EP>
Weavile: <-8 EP>
After nearly three rounds of laying the groundwork, Weavile only now decides to attack. Dark energy blossoms around his claws as he tears forward to land a hit. Though the ground is slippery in spots, the Ice-type Pokemon has plenty of experience with slick surfaces. Letting out a grunt, he rakes his claws across Bloons’s face, causing the Ghost-type to let out a cry. Ahh, claws hurt! Who knew? Fuming, Bloons pumps out some kind of funny gunk which coats Weavile and begins to sizzle. Though it does only minor damage, it causes his Honed Claws to get just a little bit duller. Random.

‡ Round 4 ‡
Our battle presses on as blossoms of some icy blue energy materialize around Weavile’s right set of claws. Letting out some kind of creepy-ass hiss, he lunges toward Bloons and clobbers the wee purple balloon with an Ice Punch, sending a sudden unpleasant chill through his latex body. Deciding that a little electricity will heat things up, Bloons starts to crackle with electric current before releasing some of that nasty voltage Weavile’s way. The electricity sizzles as it makes contact with Weavile, penetrating his muscles and causing instant Paralysis.
Bloons: <-14 HP; -6 EP>
Weavile: <-6 EP; Par>
Weavile learns rather quickly how Paralysis can be an unpleasant foe indeed: vivid yellow sparks begin to snap and crackle all around his body as he becomes completely and totally rigid. Harnessing that sunlight once more, Bloons releases a powerful Weather Ball in the form of a vibrant orange energy ball. Between the typing and the Sunny Day boost, Weavile is quickly overcome by that powerful attack. Type advantage or no type advantage, it seems like today’s battle is turning out to be a particularly tricky one for this particular Sharp Claw Pokemon.
Bloons: <-10 EP>
Weavile: <-19 HP; Can’t move!>
Bloons suddenly begins to glow with a mysterious silvery light and starts rotating rapidly. The air around his body begins to whir as he throws his spinning body into Weavile; however, at the last second, Weavile attacks with a speedy Night Slash. The two attacks inevitably make contact and both Pokemon, harshly injured, are immediately thrown backwards.
Bloons: <-13 HP; -6 EP>
Weavile: <-9 HP; -5 EP>

Hone my claws to get more accuracy. When hit with Silver Wind ride the wind with Aerial Ace. Then finish with hitting him with Ice Punch from above.
Thank you Mikachu
