What do I breed to get Leech Seed on it?

Also why is Dive better than Surf?

dive is better IMO because it allows your pokemon to be out of range of attacks. Ludicolo with the leech seed and rain dish gain a good amount of hp on every turn, even the turn thay are diving. As for leech seed I bred a lotad and shroomish, boom lotad with leech seed.
