    Default Recommendations

    So I started getting Animax here in India so just wanted some recommendations for any anime that's worth watching. Right now what has my interest are:

    Bleach (repeating Season 1 they're on episode 33 now)

    The Book of Bantorra

    Last Exile, Fam. The Silver Wing (I'm wondering whether I need to watch the first Last Exile to understand the story)

    Kaze no Stigma (I actually watched all the episodes before already but just watching it again)

    wells nichijou is a fun anime though you might like tower of daruga and its sequel

    I saw an episode of tower of daruga but thought it was a bit stupid with people controlling others as part of some kind of video game

    I dunno if you need to watch the first Last Exile but you should anyway because it's awesome!

    hah? oooh~ you mean the fourth episode XD that whole episode was actually just one big shout out to the tower of daruga games that the anime was based upon (which was a 100 floored tower game where you played a great hero named gilgamesh off to defeat the monster daruga who is plaguing the land)

    don't feel bad those games were for the original nintendo which was before alot of peoples time XD
    you can basically consider tower of daruga (the first anime being Aegis of Uruk and its sequel being Sword of Uruk)
    as a loose retelling of the gilgamesh story (mythological or debatably historical figure) with several shout outs to the game tower of daruga which shaped this anime heaaaaaavily (though this anime added a thousand times more depth in story)

    I hiiighly recommend this anime because it has dramatic story, awesome characters and it wickedly enjoys tormenting its audience XD
