    ~Legends of Hyrule~
note: this will mainly be for 1 v 1 purposes

    Moblin
    Functiontarter
    -Hyperbeam
    -Fireblast
    -Earthquake
    -slack-off

the strategy here is to strike fast strong and hard and take out their starter...and maybe another poke or two if all goes well.

    Poe
    Function: Annoy
    -Confuseray
    -Will O Wisp/toxic
    -Ice Beam
    -grudge/meanlook

this poke is all messed up- i want something to annoy with but i don't have extra TMs- so i cant give him rest and shadowball since i'm saving that for skarm and weez- if someone could suggest a replacement that would be great. (if i go with mean look i'll probably use toxic)

    Gleeok
    Functionpiker
    -Drill Peck
    -spikes
    -roar
    -rest

    -standard

    Digdogger
    Function: Tank
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt
    -Cosmic Power
    -Recover

    -a standard i think

    Vitreous
    Function: Hazer
    -Sludge bomb
    -ShadowBall
    -Will O Wisp
    -Haze

    -standard

    Helmasaur
    Function: Spike Cleaner/Sweeper
    -Earthquake
    -Rapidspin
    -Return
    -doubtleteam/ancientpower

-lots of standards (they work that's why they're standards) i think the team goes well together though-it has most of the "team requirements" (hazer, tank, blahblah...etc.) Sugs are welcome

    and thanks ahead of time

oh boy vega are you wrong
hyper beam goes great on slaking, cuz its high power gets a boost from stab, plus the fact that slakings ability only lets it attack once evey two turns, so there's no recharge what-so-ever

even so, Return has a higher attack power and pp, not to mention you still get stab.

Replace Slaking with something that is useable. What's Vitreous?

Hyper Beam=150+STAB, Return=102max+STAB...something must be wrong with my math.....You're right on the PP part though.

Starmie is better with Confuse Ray because of her high speed, especially a timid one with maxed out EVs speed and special attack. Cosmic Power takes time to set up, and it'll be wasted because Starmie can't effectively defend herself against electrics such as Jolteon and Raikou who are just as fast and also have high special attack. Confuse Ray and their low defense makes Starmie last longer. Unless you battle people with Zapdos and give Starmie Ice Beam, go with Confuse Ray.

Think about getting shadow ball on Slaking i know you have fire blast on him to protect against Skarms but i'd put shadow ball there instead.

(Just realised you have shadow ball on weezing though so it's up to you.)

Also if you end up in a switch war against an 'anti-Slaking-PKMN' you'll be really missing Yawn.

Dusclops is not 'perfect' at the job you want him to do as you dont have the TMs so perhaps you should consider another PKMN.

You *could* try a Flygon annoyer...

    Flygon
    @lefovers
    nature: - Sattack +attack or +speed
    -sand tomb
    -sand storm
    -toxic (TM)
    -earthquake (TM)

Your other PKMN are fine as far as i can tell (not another skarmoury ).

dude, i know about that stab junk. but lets just say someone switches in their Rhydon while you use Hyper Beam?? you wouldnt be able to switch out since you cant Switch during the recharge period of Hyper Beam and the Rhydon will get a free hit on your Slaking.

Even so, if Slacking uses return, he'll do way less damage than hyper beam and the skipped-turn will still happen with his trait or whatever.
