I can't really be bothered to go to McDonald's just to get a free Pokemon, so I'll most likely be passing on this.

Hoopa is a gen vi legendary that be changed into a different form with Prison Bottle. You get that by obtaining hoopa and going to talk to a guy on the front-side of the desk in a Poke mart, friend.

Diancie may just be given as a pokemon in Z, you never know. Nintendo has surprised me lately with the amount of pokemon available, and it is staggering.
