    How to I change abilities of Pokémon? (Ex. Nuzleaf's Chorlypll and Early Bird) They learn it when their birth or I can choose ability?

    You can just breed and hope to get the trait of theirs that they want... I'm pretty sure that the most any one Pokemon can have is two possible traits, so the breeding shouldn't take long.
