Post Your Battle Tower Teams!

I'm a few levels from beating the Elite, and I'm trying to think of my Battle Tower team. I've never done the Battle Tower, either in G/S/C or in R/S before, so I don't know what I'm doing. I'd like to see what other people use. Thanks to everybody who responds!

Oh, BTW, are any of my Pokemon Battle Tower material as they stand or with minor adjustments?

I use Manectirc, Tropius, and Walerin. You can only use half your party. Items can't be used, oly hold items. For every 7 trainers you beat in a row (you Pokémon get healed, don't worry), you get a prize like Leftovers.

Oh, is switching out allowed in Battle Tower?


P.S.: I was thinking of using Heracross, Zangoose, and Starmie for my team. I need a move for Heracross over Counter, since he learns Megahorn over level 50. Any thoughts on this or comments on my team?

I use Sharpedo, Metagross, and Salamence. Battle Tower's really easy.. most of the trainers use weak pokemon like Spinda and Azumarill...

yeah technically latios and latias arent ubers... there base stats added up is not going over 600 i believe, you can also use the regis, and water/dragon well nothing resists both,

So the only ones in this game you can't use in BT are Rayquaza, Groudon and Kyorge?

...Actually Mystical Sponge..when you get really far lots of good pokemon start showing up, like that latis, regis, and the starters...and some are all on the same team, like double latis and a regi....lots of fun that they are, lol.

Conn: I was talking about actual obtainables. If you're going with that list, you might as well continue with Ho-oh, Lugia and Celebi, plus (maybe) Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno.

And you never said where you found the Silk Scarf.

Ho-oh and Lugia are in the same league as Mewtwo and Rayquaza. You can't use:

• Mewtwo
• Ho-oh
• Lugia
• Rayquaza
• Kyogre
• Groudon

At the beggining Battle Tower is a joke. It gets harder and harder. Once I battled a Blackbelt with a level 94 Blaziken, a level 40 Regirock, and a level 40 Regice. Why do they have this?
