yes it can learn earthqake and you should think about double-edge and take
down/flail.

it dependes on what your using it for 1vs1 or 2vs2, but I'll give you the standardish set.

I presume that earthquake, rapidspin, roar, and rest would work best. If you already have a rapid-spinner then go with bodyslam over rapidspin. Counter is a viable option that can work over roar or rest, depending on your preference.
