i just caught one and was wondering whats a good set for it? thanks in advance

A support/annoyance set is the best way to go. Spinda has horrible stats all around, so use it to help your other pokemon.

Teeter Dance, Wish, Baton Pass, Trick, Calm Mind, Double Team. Take your pick, just don't expect it to last long. And do not use it to attack.

Well, Spinda can't actually learn Wish yet because of the lack of Togepi/Togetic to start a breeding chain, but something like this could work....

Baton Pass
Double Team
Teeter Dance
Attract

Baton Pass is learned by breeding a male Mawile or Girafarig with it onto Spinda. It's useful, because he can learn Double Team/Calm Mind/Teeter Dance which can help your team and greatly irritate your opponent. I have some more ideas, so if you want them just say...
