Well, after more threats, it starts.
Centuries after the Z fighters defended Earth against threat after threat, it seemed that peace had finally arrived. There were no large wars breaking out, and there was no one with delusions of granduer and power. It seemed, on the outside, that the dream of world peace had finally been achieved.
However, the peace was merely an illusion. Behind closed doors, a group of scientists were working on a top-secret project designed for one purpose and one purpose only- destruction. The project was being designed for an intergalactic group of warriors, who called themselves the Council of Five, or the C5 for short. Their leader, who worked in the background, had special plans for this unit, as well as several others like it. Many of the experiments, however, did not survive for long. But two of them survived long enough to be of use- the fourth and the fifth.
This new breed fit well with the C5 leader's policy of behind-the-scenes operation- he never does his own dirty work, but rather has four other henchmen do it for him. Each one had some kind of reputation following him- one used to be Earth's strongest warrior but joined the C5 for unclear reasons, two had a partnership in bounty hunting, and one was known as the most efficient, most deadly killing machine in existence, nicknamed "The man with no face".
However, before the C5's dream of destruction could be achieved, one of the units escaped during an exhibition. Shortly after, she freed the second, and the two effortlessly leveled the city and began doing their job on various other places. Once the C5 heard of this, they began their trip to Earth to detain the two, and afterwards eliminate the planet, which would be nigh useless to them after they got what they came for.
Earth's only defense was to make a call for any warrior who thought they may have a chance to destroy the ravaging genetic mishaps before they could do too much damage to surrounding areas. Of course, none of them know about the true threat coming to pick up it's supplies...
First, an introductory post from the C5 ship. Yay. I'll make my first "real" post with Goji and Veji later. When you post, don't forget to include the profile for whatever character is involved in your post.
Name- Gove
Age- Unknown
Gender- Male
Race- Saiyan/Human hybrid
Appearance- Normal-length, well-kept blonde hair, cold grey eyes, and a nearly expressionless face. Gove wears a greyish-red uniform with the letters "C5" embroidered on the breast, and a long red cape. He's rarely seen dressed in anything else.
Personality- Once a carefree and gentle person, Gove became as cold as ice around 15 years earlier when he was "killed" on planet Earth.
Bio- Gove was, at one time, the most powerful being on Earth. However, two years after he settled down to make a family, he was attacked by the C5 near his own home. He was never found, and was listed as a missing person for several months before he was presumed dead. True, the C5 had nearly killed Gove, but had apparently resuscitated him and got him to join their side. His reasoning for doing so is completely unknown, as is the change in personality. Gove quickly rose in rank with the C5, becoming second-in-command in record time. As you may or may not have guessed, he is Goji and Veji's father.
Attacks- He knows basically every technique Goku ever used, as well as many of the other Z-fighter's trademark techniques, due to extension training time in simulation. Despite his obvious disregard for other people, he does not usually finish his foes. Since no one has ever seen the leader of C5 fight and live to tell about it, Gove is presumed to be the strongest being in the galaxy.
Other- As mentioned, Gove is Goji and Veji's missing father, but they don't know that.
Name- Kouran
Age- Unknown
Gender- Unknown. Witness accounts have him as both.
Race- Unknown, simply classified as a metamorph.
Appearance- In his most often used state, Kouran has jet-black spiky hair, black eyes, and wears the same uniform as Gove. He also wears a bandana the same color as his uniform, which is his trademark and usually how people recognize him despite his current form.
Personality- Only two words can successfully describe Kouran- clinically insane. He appears calm at first appearance, but he stops at nothing to kill once he has the victim in his sights. It's a well-known fact that he's jealous of Gove for going so far in such a short amount of time, and his loyalties to the C5 are very questionable.
Bio- His home planet, background information, and even true gender are completely unknown. All that IS known is that he's been with the C5 since it was created and still remains third-in-command. He's bitterly jealous at both Gove and the C5 leader for this.
Attacks- In being that he's a metamorph and can assume any shape he wants, he can also use any attack he knows of, which is basically any attack. Though he can change his form, his power level doesn't change when he does so, though he likes to make people think it does.
Other- Anyone who saw the original VG may remember him as "Koppi". I decided to make him even more of a nutcase and give him a better name.

Introduction
----
"Yes, sir, the show is going to happen," a tall blonde-haired man reported into a headset as he watched a monitor for what seemed to be a security camera. The only thing of interest in the stark-white room it showed was what appeared to be a girl sitting in the corner. "No, sir, it is expected to go off without a hitch. They don't expect Shi to be powerful enough to escape. The proper measures have been taken."
"Gove, I have some news from Reznic." A young man wearing a dark red bandana walked into the control room, and handed Gove a set of papers. "There's reason to believe that Shi is planning something. She hasn't been putting as much effort into her training as she usually does, and they think that she may be conserving her energy."
Gove handed the papers back to the newcomer and waved him off. "No, sir, there is no reason for you to go out of your way to oversee the exhibition. Everything will go smoothly, I assure you. Yes, sir, we'll meet you on Earth in two days to check on Shi." With that, he took off the headphones.
"Uhm, Gove, why didn't you tell him what I just mentioned?" the newcomer said. "He's close enough to Earth. He could have made it in time to watch her."
"That is nothing but paranoia, Kouran," Gove replied, standing but not turning to face Kouran. "There is not enough evidence to warrant having our leader go out of his way."
"Not enough evidence?!" Kouran shouted, waving the papers. "I just handed you six pages of evidence, statistics proving that she is holding back, and you didn't even glance at them!"
"As I said, it does not warrant sending the boss out of his way," Gove said, giving Kouran a hard look over his shoulder.
"Pure Saiyan arrogance," Kouran spat. "You damn monkeys think you're always right."
"Go inform Youkai and Kage of our new destination. We're going to planet Earth to rendevous with our leader and visit our little specimen," Gove said, looking away from Kouran once again.
"Tell them your damn self, ape," Kouran said, turning to walk out.
"That was an order," Gove said. "I suggest you listen to your superior, or do I have to inform our leader of your unwillingness to cooperate?"
This stopped Kouran in his tracks. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and sighed. "Yes... sir," he said. He knew that his boss would not hesitate to destroy those who couldn't obey orders. He'd seen it done countless times since he'd joined C5. Kouran opened his eyes, and continued out the door to do as Gove told him.
