Okay, so the dub version said Brock's mom died. How, if at all, will they go about dubbing the TV special where she returns?

Okay... for the eightymillionth time:
In the Japanese version, Flint also says that she passed away. Apparently, that was part of the story, and HE THOUGHT she passed away. However, this special reveals that he was wrong. It's called irony. Its all part of the story. Therefore, it would probably be dubbed the same way.

We're not going to Guam... are we?
Yes...as Zak said, Flint was misinformed in the original version so they kept true to the script in the dub. They will hopefully keep to the script, more or less, in Save Nivi Gym as well.

Um... actually, the original DID say that she left home. That's been known for some time.
I have the Japanese version myself. I asked someone to translate that scene because I'm not that good at understanding Japanese, and his mother dies.Originally posted by Almond

Trust me, Zak is the authority.
