You might want to think about adding...

- Infest (also against gobbos)
- Festering Goblin (against gobbos)
- Phyrexian Arena (card draws)
- Smother
- Hypnotic Specter (if you can afford them)
- Visara, the Dreadful
- Undead Gladiator (awesome card)

Check for some other cards you might want to add...

Most decks have a theme and I don't really see one in yours.

You either want to make this a zombie deck/mono black control/necropotence/etc...

Cards to take out...

x1 Hypnox (Too heavy on the cost)

x3 Severed Legion (There are better creatures...Nantuko Shade for example)

x1 Insidious Dreams (Switch it with Skeletal Scrying)

x2 Last Laugh (Prefer not to gain life,

x4 Buried Alive (Put in Zombify/Doomed Necromancer) if you want to keep this card

x4 Drain Life (Switch with Corrupt)

x1 Nevinyrral's Disk (Don't keep it unless it's necessary)

It's called Mono Black Recurrsion. And you basically removed all the important cards. You see.. I use Buried Alive to put the two Woe's and Hypnox in my graveyard. And then I use Living Death. That's the theme. Play all creatures from your graveyard.
