Go Buzz. *An Elekid appears* Try to confuse it by making copies of yourself, followed by focusing energy, then if you're within range use a Dynamic Punch, but if you're not close to it try to shock it.
Double Team, Focus Energy, Dynamic Punch/Thunder Shock.

Buzz charges up electricity and then kicks the opponent possibly parylyzing them.
Damage: 9% | Accuracy 90% | Effects: 10% Paralysis

Keep your distance from the Elekid. Palantír, reign some doom upon Buzz. Swift to destroy his clones right after he has created them. For your next attack, use a Toxic. It will eat at him throughout the battle. If you're far away from him, aim a Fire Blast at him. If he's close to you and is preparing to use Dynamic Punch, Teleport away.
