Which pokemon learn wish and are you allowed to use NYP and Pokemon Box movesets?

1. i don't know the list off the top of my head, but you can do a search on RSBot. Just type in "movesearch (whatever move you want to search)" to find the pokes who can learn it in all the different ways

2. both are accessible and can be used... check with your opp to see what can/cannot be used

Note that only Illumise, Latias, Jirachi, and Xatu are 200 legal, as the others require Togetic or Smeargle ;( and Wish Garde is a Box move.
