    not in rs...

    in gsc as you may know gender was determined by evs and females could not have perfect attack dvs, etc.

    in rs gender is determinned by hgv (hidden gender value) wich also determines shininess... anyways so you can have male & females (as well as male shinies & female shinies) with any random set of dvs...

    anyways, simply put, no they dont
