Does anyone know what poke' number 151 is and where you catch it?

Also does anyone know what berry you blend to enhance beauty is? Thanks

#151 is Chimecho, and you get it at the top of Mt. Pyre. They're very rare, so good luck trying to find one.

Berries that increase Beauty include: Oran, Chesto, Lum (when mixed in Lilycove), Sitrus (when mixed in Slateport), Wiki, Bluk, Wepear (when mixed in Lilycove), Pinap (when mixed in Slateport), Kelpsy (when not mixed in Slateport), Qualot (when mixed in Lilycove), Hondew (when mixed in Lilycove), Cornn, Pamtre, and Starf. Of course, these are only the ones that make Beauty-specific pokeblocks.

The easiest way to make any Pokémon happy is to attach the Soothe Bell to it (obtained at the Pokémon fan club in Slateport), and keep it in your party. Then, using the Acro Bike, have the up button held down while attempting to ride up a slope - one of the slopes that you can go up only while on the Mach Bike. Leave it like that overnight, and it'll have max happiness in the morning.

You can also make a wild Golbat happier if you catch it with a Luxury Ball (you get these by winning a contest with a pokémon that has already won before). Hatched pokémon also start happier than normal.

Also, feeding it power ups (HP Up, Protein etc) will raise happiness as well as effort. If you catch a Golbat with a Luxury Ball, then power it up as desired it does not take long to evolve.
Soothe Bell is good to hurry the process along.
