About berries

Hey i was wondering if you could give me little help on berries i am kind of running out.

Can you tell me how to get the best berries from the berry master and where and how to grow them.

Also how many can you get a durin to grow when planted maximum. Any help appreciated

Ps: what mon do you use your pokeblocks on for winning contests.

Actually the berries that most people would consider "best" are not obtained from the Berry Master... they are obtained from his wife. Tell her the following phrases (one per day) to get a rare berry:

CHALLENGE CONTEST (must have Contest Pass, I think)
SUPER HUSTLE
COOL LATIOS (must have seen Latios)
OVERWHELMING LATIAS (must have seen Latias)

For these and all other rare berries, 2 is the most that you can grow, and they take 72 hours to harvest. In order to get 2, however, you have to water them several times a day. If you don't have the Wailmer Pail to water berries with, you can get it from the flower shop between Petalburg Woods and Rustboro City. There is no specific place that is best for raising berries, but some places you might find useful are the Berry Master's garden and the 2 patches near Mauville (one south of it, one west of it).

As far as what Pokémon I used to win the contests, I used Milotic for Beauty, Electrode for Cool, Regirock for Tough, Whiscash for Cute, and Dusclops for Smart.

Actualy, you only need to water the plant 4 times, once for each stage. (one whatever was planted here, the whatever has sprouted, the whatever is growing taller, the whatever is blooming pretily) Begin to water it one more time, the message should be that the flowers are blooming very beautifuly, this means you will get two berrys. No more need to water. You can even miss a stage and get the two berrys, you just have to water it more when its blooming.

Also note that you can save in front of the berry master, speak to him, see what berry you get, and, if you don't like the berry, reset and try again.

Does anyoe know how to get berry No. 12, 13, 14, 33, 34 and the rest above 36 and 36 if there are any

12-16 are available from the berry girl on R121. Which berry she gives out is fixed based on the last digit of your trainer ID:

0,5 = Figy (#12)
1,6 = Wiki (#13)
2,7 = Mago (#14)
3,8 = Aguav (#15)
4,9 = Iapapa (#16)

Figy and Iapapa are available elsewhere. You will need to trade to get the whole set.

Berries 31-35 are available ONCE per game from the Berry Master's wife, by telling her the correct phrase.
