Either of them will work but the one with Calm Mind is better. He doesn't need Recover because he's a Sweeper that won't last very long with low Defence.

where do i get fire/ice/thunder punce in ruby?

Get a Medicham (Only the evolved form) and give it a Heart Scale and it'll learn any Elemental Punch. Now you need to breed that with an Abra/Kadabra/Alakazam to get an Abra Baby with the Elemental Punches you want.

What I ment was get a Heart Scale and take Medicham to the Move Tutor person in Fallarbor that makes it remember old moves.
