This is an odd request, but okay, I'll take a whack at it. A shuffler is an odd poke really if you think about it. It has to sit there and take a hit to inflict a status condition AND Roar/Whirlwind the poke away and repeat the process again and again. 2 really common ones come to mind when it comes to shuffling. Manectric and Skarmory.

    Manectric
    Thunder<>Crunch<>Thunder Wave<>Roar

    Parashuffler

    Skarmory
    Drill Peck<>Spikes<>Toxic<>Roar

    Spiker + Toxishuffler

Shuffling is a rather useless tactic, really... trying to inflict status conditions on most of the opposing team leaves you highly vulnerable to attacks, and can easily be foiled by Heal Bell or simply switching in a Pokemon that has already been hit by a status effect repeatedly.

Another approach is to inflict a status condition and then make it in their best interest to voluntarily switch. For example, a combination of Toxic/Stun Spore/Spore and Leech Seed.

Moves suitable for this include Leech Seed, Attract, Confuse Ray (if they are high attack, low defense types) and Perish Song. Yawn can be used to encourage a switch but isn't suitable for shuffling, since it will have no effect on a pokémon with a status condition (works well in combo with Focus Punch though).

Breloom with Spore/Stun Spore, Leech Seed and Focus Punch is good for this approach.

I have to disagree with that DRWS.

If nearly a whole team is paralized than all of your pokemon will attack first against that pokemon. Also it mabye wont be able to attack to you. Not many people have healers on their teams so they probably wont be able to heal the status effect.

But everyone has their own oppinons i guess.

Nearly everyone in 386 Battles uses a Heal Beller. The most common Heal Bellers that you're likely to see are Blissey and Miltank. More of Blissey because she also works very well as a Special Sponge.

Let's put it this way: shuffling works if your opponent is an idiot.

If your opponent has an ounce of brains in them, they won't willingly let you paralyze their whole team. They'll just keep on switching in some Pokemon immune to Thunder Wave or Toxic or whatever, or one that can Rest, so that the other members aren't afflicted by it. While you keep trying to pseudohaze them, you're giving them free turns to attack you. And that = death to you.

Special abilities such as Static & Poison Point will work even if the opponent is immune to the normal. That does change things a bit.

In relation to the Heal Bell squad - if you're building a team using shuffling, surely you make sure you have an assassin or two designed to cope with the few pokémon who can learn it? Not saying this will always work, or that it is even an easy thing, but I'd expect it is doable in 386.

Static won't paralyze a Limber Pokemon, nor will Poison Point work on Poisons and Steels, and Flame Body on Fire Pokemon.

I'd thought that was the case. It definitely can happen with Effect Spore, so perhaps I've just extrapolated. I was sure I'd seen it though...

Effect Spore is random, so it most likely doesn't check with immunities. Or it just doesn't count.

What was referred to, I believe, is that Static, an Electric-based Special Ability, can paralyze Ground-types.
