    Default IVs - HOW!?

How can I find out how many EVs my Pokémon have?
I've tried to get it, but I just can't!
Can someone explain it to me?

You can't find out how many EVs your Pokemon have. You need to make a note of the EVs you get as you defeat Pokemon. Keep a record because I always do until they've got the Effort Ribbon. Once they have the Effort Ribbon that shows I've got the EVs I want, where I want. Meaning I can Level it up all the way to Level 100 keeping the EVs I gained.

No no, not EVs - IVs.

First catch a Pokemon or hatch one and don't have any battles. That way it'll have no EVs which play a part in finding the IVs. Next write down the Pokemon's Nature and its Stats. Enter them into an IV Calculator somewhere online, Meowth's site has one. You'll find out their IVs in all Stats. These range between 0 (Worse) to 31 (Best). I think having IVs of around 20 or more in the Stats needed most on a Pokemon is good. The other Stats should be around 15 or more just to make them alright.

Or, you can use this calculator.

Just plug in your effort points, your levels, your personality, then, if necessary, save your game then use Rare Candies to level up your Pokemon (adjust the chart as necessary) until you narrow down your DVs with the chart.

    Personaly, I don't care about IV's.
I just love to battle and it doesn't matter if my pokémon is good or bad.

Some people are like that and don't care about EVs and personalities too. Personally, I care about IVs and will keep what I consider good. Next, EVs I know where to make these and I make sure they're quite good because no one's perfect. Next, personalities I don't really keep trying for a good personality because the good IVs are fine with me but I try not to get a hindering personality. So I really keep a good look at alright IVs, excellant EVs, and never a hindering personality for a Pokemon that I want to battle well.
