Requesting Suggestions for a FR Team

This is what I have planned so far. Suggestions are welcome on both Pokemon and Movesets!

Blastoise (Surf/Ice Beam/Subustitue/Focus Punch)
Aerodactyl (Earthquake/Rock Slide/???/???)
Raikou (Rain Dance/Thunder/???/???)

Blastoise: Definitly make this Pokemon a Tank because of EVs and stuff.
Aerodactyl: Definitly make this Pokemon a Physical Sweeper because of the Attack and Speed.
Raikou: Definitly make this Pokemon a Special Sweeper because of the Special Attack and Speed.

Awsome, thanks. But, does anyone have suggestions for the rest of my team?

Oh, also, if I were to transfer a Ru/Sa Pokemon to FR, would it evolve correctly? I ask this because Pokemon such as Golbat won't evolve to their Jhoto forms until you get the National Dex, and I'm wondering if that also applied to Hoen.

Yea, they would evolve correctly. By the time you get to trade with Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire from Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green you would have got the National Pokedex by then.

Raikou: Thunderbolt, Crunch\elemental HP, Calm Mind, Substitute @Leftovers. Substitute and Calm Mind in combination is godly.

Aerodactyl: Rock Slide, Earthquake\Double-Edge, Fire Blast (for Skarmory and Forretress)\Double-Edge, Substitute @Leftovers or Rock Slide, Earthquake, Double-Edge, HP Flying\Fighting @Choice Band

Blastoise: Blastoise is trickier, because there's a dozen other water types out there that can do what it can and more. Try something like Surf\Ice Beam\Rapid Spin\Haze\Rest\Counter\Mirror Coat\Yawn\Substitute\Focus Punch\whatever other moves you like. Those are basically his best picks.

Blastoise you should make either a hazer or rapid spinner, hope this helped...and keep in mind Aero's strongest move is Double-Edge and it doesnt hurt him with recoil =D
