I want to know which move to breed onto my Blissey, Aromatheraphy or Heal Bell.

It only matters if you have a pokemon with soundproof on your team. (Exploud and Electrode are the only ones that I can think of)

Heal Bell doesn't affect Soundproofed pokemon, while Aromatherapy does.

Aromatherapy is probably easier to breed on, anyhow.

Any of the moves are good moves because only Soundproof Pokemon stop Heal Bell. Everyone should know those Soundproof Pokemon are rarely used because they're all UU Pokemon anyway.

    Better name: Heal Bell.
Better move: I myself like Aromatheraphy.

I like aromatherapy. Sure, soundproof may be uu, but why limit your options?

Aromatherapy is easier to breed on and effects Soundproof Pokémon.
