since this is going to be a colusseum team, i'd like each pokemon to hold a unique item, so any help with that would be appreciated. i also need help in which personality each pokemon should have.

I like this: Fire Blast - Counter - Crunch - Pursuit. Timid personality, and I guess Focus Band, due to the lack of items because of the Item Clause. ;(

anybody with ideas about changing certain movesets go right ahead, since the team hasn't even been built yet.

With Skarmory, Drill peck over Aerial ace. You're not likely to suffer any accuracy cuts, so the extra power is well worth it. Also, Houndoom isn't one of the better pokemon for utilizing Focus band, for his lack of uber speed and/or defensive stats. You also need the versatility if you're going to use Sunny Day. I'd suggest changing the Item to Salac berry, or changing the moveset to make more use of Focus band. Your call.

My last suggestion is to get a pokemon to deal with electric types. Your team would take a large beating from a solid electric like Raikou. Swampert, or any other ground type with average+ Special Defense would do nicely here. Regice would also work. The only problem is choosing which poke to replace ^_^.

Other than that, the team looks good.

Depends on what you're putting in. If you're using Swampert, then ditch Starmie. Swampy has more staying power, and you get the Stabbed Surf still. You already have 2 T-bolters, so that's not a big loss. Pseudo-passing is also often more trouble than it's worth. If you're using another ground type, like Golem or Steelix, switch out Houndoom. Those are just my personal suggestions.
